What a fantastic service. I had to go over bank holiday weekend and as soon as I walked in there the staff was friendly and the dentist himself made me feel so relaxed so I was happy for any work to be carried out,he also gave me some advice about the tooth
concerned for I went with the imoression to just have it out.
I would not hesitate to go back and deffentaly recommend to friends and family.
A big thank you to them.

The Willows Stoke Rehabilitation ward looked after my mother with the most incredible compassion, respect and kindness. The ward was always calm, spotlessly clean and well run. The staff are a true example of the very best of our amazing nursing staff. They worked so hard to rehabilitate and then discharge her home ensuring a safe environment for her with continuity of care once she was home. Her incredible and ongoing recovery is in no small part due to her time here. As a family we can't begin to thank them enough for all they did.

Words cannot express our gratitude to the staff of Willows Ward for looking after our father following a stroke. Their patience, companionship & care meant so much to him & us knowing that he was being looked after so well. This is truly an amazing NHS facility & I recommend it to everyone in Worcester if that is what is needed after a stroke to help recovery.

Went in for an ultrasound today. Normally these tests can be stressful and make you feel vulnerable. I just cannot thank the two lovely ladies who did the scan today. One held my hand the whole time, and both chatted to me throughout.
I am an American who is a long way from home and I could always rely on my mama to be the one to hold my hand. Since she isn't here I get nervous easily but these two made me so much more of a comfortable. Sometimes, just having a hand to hold makes all the difference. Thank you to these two- Evesham is lucky to have you!

I spent four weeks in this hospital and I have never spent time like that permanently cold, particularly at night. The temp app on my phone said it was 9 degrees consistently.
The food left more than a bit to be desired. Very bland and usually cold.
The staff, in particular the assistant staff were excellent, very caring and efficient. They earned their salaries every shift

I had a colonoscopy there yesterday. I was anxious as I have had a bad experience before. I have to say from the moment I entered to the moment I left it was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming . It could not have gone better. Everyone introduced themselves and made what is an embarrassing procedure a good experience. Especially the doctor introduced himself and completely put me at ease. A big thank you to you all
