Unprofessional service from start to finish, poor communication, no information prior to appointment, no information about the covid 19 safeguards in place, nothing at all.
I found the consultant to be rude, and my appointment was rushed, the consultant who did the testing (privately) then stopped me from having the same test done free on the NHS.
