The Chaucer Hospital

Cannot thank the Endoscopy team enough for all their care and attention today. They have all been so supportive. A special call out to Dr Nunes, Nicki, Lisa, Billie, Babs and Irene. You are absolute stars. If anyone is worried about these procedures this is definitely the place to go, you wont regret it.

Had an MRI scan this morning and the staff were fantastic. They looked after me very well and made me feel very calm especially with the music! Cannot praise the department highly enough.

I had a new hip fitted, best thing I ever had done, no problems with it at all, I ended up staying longer but that was due to my chest problems, nothing was too much for them and I was treated like a queen many thanks to all of you, your all fabulous xxx

Recently, I attended the Chaucer hospital for surgery, at first I was very apprehensive due to never having had surgery before. Quickly, my worries got put to one side due to the excellent team and service provided. I would like to highlight Debbie as she was caring and compassionate and put my mind at ease whenever I had any issues or concerns ,Debbie went above and beyond to help me find and locate the team I needed to see for this procedure , she was very calm and patient and I never felt rushed or a like a burden , its this kind of service that make me so grateful to have had this experience. After my procedure she followed up by making sure I was okay and looked after , I can’t express my gratitude due to how anxious I was, my experience was exceptional and I would encourage anyone to seek medical help or advice from the Chaucer hospital.

I recently had a follow up appointment with shoulder specialist, the appointment had to be moved at short notice, originally the appointment was at the Chaucer hospital but when rearranged was moved to another hospital. I turned up to the Chaucer hospital in error, the staff could not have done more (Especially Carol) to help resolve the problem, I received a call back first thing next day and Carol had resolved. When I walked through the Chaucer hospital it looked to be a lot more modern and have better facilities than the hospital I was under. If I need private treatment in the future, I will defiantly go to Chaucer first based on this initial experience.

I recently underwent investigations at The Chaucer, and from the moment I walked through the doors until I left the hospital, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, courtesy and respect by all members of their team, administrative and medical staff alike. I left having had my health condition finally diagnosed, and felt reassured that I was in excellent hands in relation to ongoing treatment. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough. Thank you to all of the team.

First class professional and human service from start to finish. Every member of staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. My experience was like a five star hotel. Outstanding service especially from my assigned nurse who genuinely cared about my well-being. Have to share the fresh just made sandwich. Would 100% recommend
