My GP seems to be avoiding the public so went to Folkestone drop in. Triage in 10min,examined in 30mins then xrayed. Total time on site under 2hrs.All the staff were excellent, Thankyou.

Don't normally have a problem, Royal Vic has been ok in the past. On this experience though, at physio, I was treated very badly. An appointment that was cancelled, I arrived to rude receptionist that denied all knowledge and information I had been given for my appointment. No sorry, for their mistake or understanding for my time or injury. I felt sad, that I have paid all my up to date NHS contributions , was polite to them, giving my information. But there you go, they nearly let me walk out of the building without anything offered. A drain on society apparently.

I really only went in for a cough that had been keeping both me and my wife awake for about 4 weeks. In the end I was seen by a nurse called Sam who I can only say was utterly brilliant. She gave me health MOT, was very efficient and really helped me massively. Thankfully I passed the MOT but there were one or two warnings that she dealt with, with honesty, patience, friendliness and thoughtfulness. Anyone who is seen by Sam should be very thankful as well as being aware that they are being seen by the very best.

Phlebotomy department is clean, efficient and friendly. The staff know their stuff! They’re always welcoming, working hard and wearing their uniforms with pride. 😍

Quick service, but very odd staff trying to make some strange kind of jokes seem quite overstaffed as had 3 nurses look at me 2 x over. Nurses seemed more concerned about what medications you're taking rather than the injury almost in a belittling way . Won't be going back there in a hurry if I have to
That also seems to be the feeling you get upon leaving . Strange nurses
