The staff were really friendly, professional and were there when you needed them. The room facilities were ok, l struggled with the free Wi-Fi and the TV never worked but overall it was a nice place. I felt at ease during my time. Very nice

I had the most wonderful experience. The staff were so welcoming and went over the top to make me feel comfortable. There were 2 people on reception and one lady to sit me down and offer me coffee (so 3 staff total). the waiting room was immaculate and very relaxing. I was then taken to imaging where I was sat down and they explained the procedure and walked me through the paperwork. The lady was so friendly and knowledgable. Then she took me to a changing room then to the imaging room. She explained everything to me, I felt calm and knew exactly what was going on. During my MRI I was kept informed of what was going on through the speaker by the person in the next room and I felt at ease and relaxed the entire time. I had music of my choice to listen to, and a strategically placed mirror to see what was going on in the room so I didn't feel claustrophobic! The entire team were super friendly and made me feel at ease. When my husband arrived he was treated with the upmost respect, offered coffee and a seat and was kept informed of my timing. Literally, this might be the best hospital in the world, and honestly, more like a spa then a hospital. I cannot recommend RB&HH enough! 5 star and more! Thanks for taking care of me.

I saw Dr Hussain. Very pleasant and charismatic doctor with a depth of knowledge and experience. I felt at ease with him from our first appointment.

First class healthcare. Nice location and complimentary facilities.

Many thanks.

I visited the practice on Wimpole street and unfortunately my experience was extremely poor. I have received better and more efficient care on the NHS. The specialist consultant I saw was extremely thorough and I have no complaints whatsoever about him however the whole experience in trying to book and secure an appointment was shambolic. It took them about 3 days to acknowledge my email request which is completely unacceptable when you are paying this much money. I had to chase and send 3 emails before finally someone responded. Impossible to get though on the phone. I then sent a screenshot of an ECG report and they responded asking if I can send through a PDF version which I did. Radio silence again, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Finally someone responded with an acknowledgement. No communication was sent before the appointment which I find rather strange since Bupa always send you a reminder. On the day of the appointment while waiting at the reception, no one approached me or offered me any refreshments even though the place was heaving with staff. This is the difference between paying hundreds of pounds- you expect to be offered these things. Perhaps I didn't look like a typical patient (not old or male)which is why I was ignored? Never judge a book by its cover, just because someone doesn't look sick doesn't mean they are not. During my consultation, the specialist told me that the full copy of my report was never forwarded to him which is astonishing since you are dealing with people's health. The administration is completely utterly useless. When paying for private care this is not an admin error which should ever occur.
Lastly... When leaving and making payment I noticed another lady waiting at reception with her husband. She was told by the guy on reception that due to their Covid policy, her husband has to leave the building and wait outside. The lady had a hearing aid and was partially deaf. I'm astonished that she was not allowed to be accompanied?! Surely this is disability discrimination? If you are disabled, you are entitled to have a chaperone. The whole thing is totally insensitive and shambolic!

My husband came to this centre for an MRI scan. It was one of the worse experiences of his life and he is still traumatised by it. He was neglected and left for over an hour in the machine with no on available to answer his calls. Once it was over he was left alone again confused, traumatised and shaken with some male locum who left him to dress and find his way out of the basement as he had someone else to go to.. I had to go to get him quickly and it took him hours to stop shaking and recover from the most terrible ordeal. No satisfactory explanation or apology was given only a lot of excuses. Doesn't even deserve one star but there is no option for none

Astonishingly sloppy. Billed for a non-existent consultation and billed for other consultations at 3x the actual rate. This caused huge complications with insurer and bills from other providers.

Unprofessional PAs that get appointment times wrong and make sarcastic comments. Refused to provide complaints process. Just an awful experience end to end.

Ecg and Heart scan came at 1600 pounds, visit with doctor Price was one hour late and ,once in her office the visit was rushed and lasted not more than 12 minutes, while she was clearly eager to finish it as soon as possible.
Strangely the patient before me was kept in for more than one hour , probably was a friend of the friends.
Furthermore she did not even look at all the documentation I sent her and gave me the idea of a very low professionality .
On top of this , the results of my very expensive exams are still there.apparently I paid that kind of money and do not deserve what I paid for.
A joke that costed me 1800 pounds.
PS: at the exit I found a parking ticket (60 pounds) that could have beeen avoided if only the visit was made on time ...lesson learned ...next time I will find something less luxurious but at least cheaper.

It was fairly unsettling when attending for Cardiology appointment today . Chaotic scenes at reception , due an incident , raised voices & confusion in an enclosed area did not give confidence & wasted valuable time . Reception is a small area when such events happen , it’s of course very difficult . Then rushed through appointment . Did not feel remotely valued as a patient of Consultant, more of an inconvenience , unable discuss concerns adequately . Poor communication skills from a Team member were unfortunate, though to be fair, once I pointed out the problem , situation improved. Had to be my own advocate . My consultant had information on my file which was not accurate which I had to correct , such record keeping does not instil confidence . Overall , not a great experience
