The worst medical Center I have ever seen. Patients are treated very bad! staff are really trouble makers. They take mockery on patients. Can you imagine you go to treat yourself and you find your self in situation where staff laughs about you and show you a careless and poor assistance. What shame!!

Appalling, pathetic and arrogant behaviour by the staff. The lady who want to take blood test was in a rush and although we went early for our appointment she was keen stating that she wants to leave in 5 minutes. She was very rude with my child. Because she was in a threatening mood she scared my child off.and didn't take the test. My child came back crying. I complained to the staff in the reception. But looking at the reviews I'm not the only one treated in this way. I don't even know if the practice manager cares about well being of this surgery.

We moved into this year last year and my husband joined this GP surgery only recently. OMG..what a terrible service from reception to GP. There is no face to face appointment. GP made one call (telephone) while my husband was driving (at work). He was told to pull off with passengers in his car. The GP never called back. He called reception and waited 45 minutes on the line. They should close this surgery.

Medication provided for my father, not be taken if you have glaucoma. He has a serious history of glaucoma. Three days later still no advice or any appointments. Visited the surgery, was sent away to fill out a form. He told reception he cant see the form. Go away, get someone else to fill in the form. Signs of negligence. I have tried calling to resolve the matter, three attempts in 2 days. 45-1hr on hold with no joy. Have no option now, will call out an emergency doctor out. Complaint procedure please, before i forward my complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

Unsatisfactory waiting time, 1st in the queue yet waited 30mins under their looped automated voicemail. This not how it works. What is there only 1 receptionist. Yes I can under we are in a pandemic but you will find negatives reviews past the beginning of the pandemic. Seriously, repretation can build or break you. Some food for thought.

Toady I am holding on the phone for over an hour. The admin who answered first after 3 go's does not understand my query re. not being able to use NHS app -because and I quote 'You have recently verified your identity in the NHS App. We can confirm that your identity is verified, but your record on the central NHS database (called the Personal Demographics Service - PDS) does not contain which GP practice you are registered at.
Please contact your GP practice and explain that your PDS record is not linked to them. They are responsible for maintaining your patient record and will be able to take steps to resolve the issue.'
Over 30 years I have been there, last 5 years it has gone downhill whether change in demographic or caliber of people they employ. the practice manager should know that it is not just good enough to get 'right look' staff behind the counter to appease certain religious group its more about providing service. They have milked Covid for over last 18 months and now it is about time with all the Government help that patients are given respect

Incompetent staff who blindly inject BCG vaccination to little kids without bothering to ensure the safe gap between other mandatory vaccines/injections. Inexperienced learning newbies must be supervised with trained staff instead letting them doing their experiments.

It is absolutely absurd how long you have to wait to get through to the reception. I have to call for my parents and every single time I wait at least an hour.
When you finally get through they are not very helpful. I am not registered at this practice, thank god.
If there are only 5 people in front of you how can it take an hour to get through !!
