5 stars ⭐️ For very good customer service the woman at the front desk was very helpful. Got me a phone 📞 appointment with a doctor who was also very good and I got a prescription within 10 minutes. What more can I say the service was shockingly very quick and good 👍🏽

If I could give a 0 star, I would. There is one receptionist in particular who is absolutely appalling. This person has been rude to me on multiple occasions and she is so unprofessional. I received a text to follow up some tests and went to ask more information about it. The receptionist rolled her eyes at me when I approached her then I explained what I wanted to ask and she asked me my date of birth. Unfortunately I didn't hear as I actually have a problem with one of my ears and I understood she asked for my name instead. I gave her my name and she replied very angry that is my date of birth she needs. I apologised and gave her my date of birth. Then we had an exchange regarding that message, in this whole time she was very aggressive towards me. And at the end I asked her "Why are you so angry?" and she replied: "It must be the heat" and rolled her eyes again. Who does that? Zero compassion for patients, absolutely disgusting. I have been meaning to change this terrible practice for a while now and for sure I will find a different one.
I just keep wondering who keeps this kind of employees on board? I have never seen a bigger lack of professionalism in any other face to face related environment. This GP practice should be ashamed of themselves. I also wonder who trained the staff? Shame on you all for being so unprofessional and unkind.

Got a text that if I’m 10 min late for child immunisation appointment, it will be cancelled. It turned out I ended up waiting for 50 min without actually being seen by anyone. Respect for someone’s time should go both ways.

To be fair, the receptionist was nice and apologetic, which is very much appreciated.

This truly is a 1 star medical practice. It is terrible. The first time I went I had to wait for a whole hour beyond my allotted time, which was unacceptable. We weren’t updated or apologised to. Then the 2nd time I went I was unfortunately 10 minutes late due to tube issues and they refused to see me. I travelled over 50 minutes and they just said no leave. I’d understand if they were a punctual clinic but they made me wait 1 whole hour last time! Really terrible clinic don’t use this honestly don’t use it

Good luck with actually securing a doctors appointment. 6 weeks to wait for a phone call and over 4 months for them to give me feedback on my MRI. It's scary, no care, no help....you are lucky if you are seen, let alone helped.The most appalling surgery, following its 'inadequate' inspection review by the Quality Care Commission for the second time in January 2021. It really now needs to be closed down and reformed. Why Is no-one doing anything about it. They have thousands of patients on their books and 'no' doctors. They claim 4 doctors on site, I've only ever seen a locam doctor and one apparently making for phone calls from home which takes 6 weeks. Its a joke, I worked frontline through Covid, why can't they. Disgraceful.

This is my elderly relative's GP surgery. I've been on hold for 1hr 46m so far to speak to someone about the urgent referral that has been emailed to them from another NHS team. When my relative told me the only way to get an appointment of any kind here was to queue outside the building from 7:30am, I thought he was exaggerating. But here we are.

It doesn't have to be like this. My GP surgery isn't like this.

Was referred to this practice as my local was fully booked. Didn't have to wait very long and receptionists were helpful. Doctor was also friendly and helped with what I needed. Practice is also located next to a pharmacy and close to public transport which is a plus.

This surgery is terrible!

Over the last year or so it’s become the worst surgery in history. No appointments, no doctors and it’s lost some of its best staff. I remember a few times I’d call for an appointment and I’d hear voices of the helpful receptionists and being at relief each time. I think it were mainly the younger ones and another blonde lady who used to sit at the end. I did come across them a few times when I visited the surgery and you could visually see how efficient they were. I don’t remember their names but they were so helpful! Now they’re gone I’m left struggling.

As of recent, every time I call for my elderly relatives there’s never an appointment, I could call at 8:06am and they will tell me there’s no appointments available, such a useless surgery. Not to mention how incompetent and rude a handful of the receptionists are! I’d like to hope there will be some change but I doubt it. Moreover, what kind of manager writes a review on their personal account? “Professional” they call themselves!

If you value your life and also wish to be handled with care, don’t register with this surgery. Especially now all the good and helpful staff have left. Following the reviews I can only see the surgery getting worse. I wonder if the doctors there even know what kind of staff they have working for them, they should really take that into consideration.

I wish I couldn’t give them any stars but I can say the star I’ve given definitely goes to those helpful ladies when they were around!
