You have 15 minutes to onload/offload passengers or will need to pay. Don't forget the car park machine is just outside the Unit entrance. Even if on the free time, add your car number plate. It tells you if you can exit for free.
Inside, either use the automated machines to tell them you arrived. You can do the check IN using the letter bar code or choose 'no letter' at the machine. Or approach one of the charming girls. Large waiting area with seats and free 60 minutes WiFi (after registering). Clutches can be exchanged, returned or collected from here too. There're classes, showers, toilets and a secluded garden to relax the body. If feeling peckish, leave the unit, turn right, enter the building and follow the signs to restaurant (literally the other side of the internal gardens) Follow signs to the canteen. Good comfort food at decent prices
