Parkview Medical Centre

Chris is the most ill mannered and rude receptionist in the
world. My husband calling for appointments for months
because he has a serious medical issue. She was
deliberately not giving appointment and passing rude
remarks.

The other day I saw Chris being rude to another patient as
well. And that guy was about to have a cardiac arrest
because of Chris.

I dont know why they have still Chris to mentally torture &
harass their patients.

Can’t get appointments staff on desk are rude. Most useless surgery gone really down hill would strongly recommend NOT using this doctors surgery. Very poor

I am local in this area. I have been using this GP for a long time. always have very bad experience. The only reason i go there because it's very close to my place. Thought so many times to complaint but could not be bothered.
but i think if we don't raise the voice it will never improve. it's hard to get appointment. Service is very poor . specially from all the elderly receptionist. i had bad experience with Angela. Their behaviour is absolutely not helpful at all. it's look like they don't want to help people.

if we look at all the review people left on google every one is mentioning about receptionist .

It is impossible to get a face to face appointment with this GP. Me and my wife don't even know who they are as in the past few years we only managed to speak to them by phone and booking phone consultations in 3 weeks time. It's like having a robot as a GP that only advises by phone...when you are lucky

I will say Park View medical center is the best GP. Compare to previous GP. For me I never like going to GP. But since I registered with Park View my visit was excellent. I felt really valued and cared for. Permit me to say a big thank u to the lady who did my smear test she was so lovely and patient with me during the process I will love to tell her that I got the best result in year. To all other members of the practice please keep on the good job.

It is very dangerous to be with this GP. I sincerely hope no person gets critical or no fatality occurs due to the care-free attitude of the centre. A number of times I have had to go into emergency instead. The staff will not allow access to the GP (Dr Shah or any other doctor) even in emergency situations and after covid it seems worse. I sat on the floor crying with a very serious infection and they told me i can see him after 3 weeks. eventually had to self medicate and even that was risky. These people do not allow an appointment for less than a month and it is a very very serious situation. It seems that after covid they now have an excuse even when the government eased restrictions they are behaving like it is March 2020. Please bring in a hardworking capable medical staff as no doubt somone will die if this is not looked into quickly. These people are taking money from the NHS for running a service and if this service is not being run then they need to be closed down. The doctor is too used to seeing people on the phone only. The government is no longer asking for them to do this? - what are they doing?

Recently one of my family member registered to these GP. Went there twice and had very bad experience.Two old lady works there as receptionist. The tall lady is very rude , she does not know how to smile and talk to the client. My question is how come she got this job while you need to talk to patient constantly and serve them adequately. Probably when she was born her mom given her bitter honey on her tongue 👅. Absolute disgraceful. Now looking forward to see the doctors service. I am afraid to registered though.
