Went online first to treatment room but was informed treatment rooms were full for the day . So phone spend 45 minutes hanging on, once connect informed that there was little they could do could I phone back in the morning. I explained my situation and informed them that I was in some pain.. still told to phone in morning.

I appreciate that there is the covid legacy but what was once a great doctors surgery is now a shell of its former self.

I have only positive feedback for the practice thus far and I've been with them for over 10 years. I know booking an appointment is challenging sometimes but overall my experience is very positive. Keep up the good work and big thank you to the staff

This online management is now gone down on quality. Patients cannot make appointment when they want to, can't get through the surgery, no appointments, no telephone appointment, on top of that even online forms or emails are switched off too.
Very unhappy the appointments or patients are handled. Can we go back to the precovid system which was way better.

Ms Harper and her team performed a hand surgery on my left hand where a foreign body had been stuck for nearly a year. Ms Harper and her team were absolutely brilliant in ensuring I understood the procedure and the post operation follow up
The surgery went very well and I am healing very well indeed. I am very happy with the care and service I received thank you

I moved to Epsom in 2020 in the midst of covid and joined this gp practice. I must say the drs have been amazing. Any issue I’ve had I’ve been able to email and have a phone call with the dr the filling day. Prescriptions have been released very quickly. I also had all my midwife check ups here for my first pregnancy and the staff were amazing. Reception are friendly too. Shocks me people have left bad reviews here as this is not the case. Their opening hours are great and I’ve also managed to get same day appointments.

Doctors are good, but the service from reception is extremely poor. Always a long wait when calling. Once called for 30 minutes only to speak to a receptionist who 'sneakily' hung up without warning. Shocking service, don't know how they haven't sorted this out as it's been like this for years.

Unable to see anyone. Form system is horrendous and it’s almost impossible to see a GP.
Wife is pregnant and in bad health and unable to get an urgent appointment then waiting for 4 days to possibly get an appointment is ridiculous. They offer no solutions if you get through to anybody and so are left in worse situation. Used to be efficient to see a doctor it’s now pretty much impossible

Well …. What can I say!!!!
You try calling the doctors, the phone just rings and rings finally cutting off… you try and book a appointment on line , you done hear back, you try to call but have the same problem. When you finally get through no appointments available for the Nurse for 2 weeks!
Get a message saying surgery doors are now open, go to try and book an appointment with the nurse to be told they don’t take appointments it’s all done online (confusion)
The receptionist had a bad attitude and come across as if she didn’t want to be there, she was rude and dismissive. Once she had finished saying what she had to say she lent back in her chair crossed her arms and just looked at me.
Think it’s time i look for another doctors surgery and it’s time the old cottage staff Adjust their attitudes and have more respect !
