My wife is Due in 10 days, and she has only today started her maternity leave. She missed 1 appointment last week, due to work commitments.
Today we received a letter discharging her, 10 days prior to the birth.
Disrespectful, and highly stressful.
My wife then called the unit she was being under care with, and they were not aware of any discharge. It seems like it was from a different Unit, but was worded as if it was from the hospital itself.

thanks to the nurses, my birth went well the staff was very supportive, good attitude since I gave birth for the first time in a foreign country, it was wonderful for me
