Eltham Community Hospital

No one seems to answer the phone. I had to make a referral and rang constantly for 40 minutes and got no where.
Sent an email and managed to book my appointment.

I had my appointment with one of the doctors. Very nice guy, friendly. All went well, forwarded on to an MRI all good.

Got told I'd be booked in for physio at another building wait for a letter to arrive with the details.

I know the day of my appointment but nothing else .Rang the hospital and no one wants to reply.

Just spent on hold for 6 minutes (after trying to get through for 25 minutes) for someone to answer the phone then hang it up....what a joke.

Had a visit today at 4.10. And have to say sadly I didn’t get the name of the lady doctor in clinic 1. Such a lovely calming person who I felt cared and gave me some advice. Was a pleasure. Then even better the ladies on the front desk let me wait for quiet a while for someone. Never had to see a doctor there before only had blood tests. Have come hope with mind rested. Thanks

Attended a LARC appointment in February 2022 and had a very pleasant and seamless experience. Really attentive service and the healthcare professionals made me feel very well looked after. Thank you.

Doctor was lovely, the receptionist was so rude to my niece. She has neurological difficulties, she's trying to be more independent so she wanted to check herself in at the doctors. Receptionist asked " what's your name" my niece said " pardon" the receptionist " your name, you do know your name right?" How rude, she was simply nervous! the hospital should not be employing those who have no kindness or patience , let alone to those with disabilities.

I've been in here 3 weeks, and the staff are mostly lovely. I came here to learn to walk again after Queen Elizabeth Hospital messed me up and I lost the feeling in my left leg below the knee. I AM now learning to walk again.

Visiting Eltham Community Hospital today for a blood test has been an absolute pleasure for me, and it has been a pleasure to be there. I found Madelene to be an excellent nurse and a highly skilled professional in the field of nursing. My procedure was completed within 5 minutes with no pain, and she made me very comfortable throughout. I would like to thank Madelene as well as the center for making my day.

Spoke to Dr Fisher as part of Greenwich Hub service who was so wonderful, professional and kind. Great diagnostician, she really listened and joined up lots of dots and gave great advice. I wish I could have her as my regular GP!

An excellent hospital with great staff. I went there 2 times one for blood test and x-ray but I couldn't get the x-ray the 1st time because I needed the gp form. Then I went today ( 3rd June 2021 ) and for my surprise, my gp had nothing written for what . But the nice ( excellent) gentleman who was in the reception of the x-ray, did all he could to help me be seen . ( I'm not good with remember names but it was a short name and he was at work at 9:00) . Thank you from the bottom of my ❤ sir. Celia Rodrigues . May God bless you .
