I went there yesterday for a blood test. It was very Very easy to find the hospital. Parking was a very easy as well. I did not have to wait at all in the space of five minutes within my appointment timeframe they called me. The nurse was extremely skilled.

It's a small community hospital. Only attends to outpatients for now. No emergency unit currently.
Nice based on It's level of equipment.
Friendly services and almost no waiting time in the radiology unit.

One star is one too many. The place is an absolute disgrace. Waited for 5 hours in an overflow waiting area being assured we would be phoned when it was our turn - a blatant lie. Went in to check every hour and was told we were still in the queue - another lie. Eventually got seen only to be told that they were closing so we would have to go to Queens but their notes would get us fast tracked - and yes you guessed it another lie. I am now sitting in a 5 hour queue waiting to be seen there instead. Avoid the place at all costs is my advice

I would not given any stars at all but I have to make a comment
Today i have been sent to them from my gp as they weren't taking appointments, so told my story, bad ear infection discharge coming out, not able to fully open my jaw , so I went there 13 pm, been waiting on a queue fr one and half hour the nurse took me in and I was asked in a rush.. What's the problem.. So I told her about my ear, okay now she tells me "ill try to book you with a doctor today in the main time you should, wait for my call outside
Now there were people aswell waiting with children, all went well but very slowly untill 5 pm comes so since that time no one was taken in or out with a doctor! Untill 7 pm!!! So I've asked as I was waiting there in pain for haf day "excuse me, could you tell me the reason quee is not moving since past two hours no one has been taken in or out" the nurse was there on the desk started shouting at me without any reason sayng there is only one doctor, but the actual problem was the day doctor has left 5 pm and there was no other doctor, and we've Benn told at 7pm when everyone was getting impatient that the night shift doctor its on its way, why got shouted at for a simple question?? When them could've told all of us there waiting that there was no doctor.
Another thing I've seen is that people would come with appointments booked and still told to go and wait in the queue.

Second : there were still people waiting to be seen by the nurse in charge, instead she was chatting with the women wich was on the desk reception.

I am very disappointed in the NHS services, i have been told by the nurse that I shall leave if I don't like waiting, so I have left crying and with my ear infected half face swollen and in great pain that I have passed out in the uber car. I am in unbearable pain right now, but i do not want to go trough hours of waiting and be treated the same way and hoping for a long time sole doctor would see me or not!!!!
What's the point of payng taxes then??!
If I'm not getting the care I need!??

Physio advised getting an x-ray on my injured arm. Phoned up in advance to be told a scan would be possible if needed.

Spent 2 hours getting there, waited around for 3 hours, and then the nurse - who was insistent on talking over me - instructed me to go to my GP...

Classic NHS.

I visited this hospital yesterday.
Easy to find, plenty of parking, warm welcome from the guy on the reception. He pointed me in the right direction for my scan.
I slightly early for my
appointment but was seen on time. Every member of staff was friendly and professional putting me at ease. Great experience. Hopefully I won't need to go back but I would pick this hospital again.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. We have only been waiting for half an hour to see a nurse. Unfortunately, we were redirected to another hospital. They helpfully guided us how to go there

I was booked
appointment via 111, came here 12:00 , been in this walk in centre over 6 hours now it should be based on first come first serve seen basis they just been seeing people who came after me and I have been trying to comply with the receptionist and been talking so loud and I found her quiet discriminating against certain type of people. And there is only one doctor on call duty and about to 40/50 people in the queue in and out, terrible service, one of most worsts experience never had in uk. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
