Rude receptionists and not knowledgeable doctors. Unhelpful and didn’t get much help in terms of my medical condition. Once I’ve been told “if you stared using private services then NHS wants you to continue.” Really?!!!

I must admit I was hesitant about visiting after seeing the reviews, however I was incredibly impressed with the staff at the surgery! Reception were polite and welcoming. Mr Al-Singary and Sherry were fantastic throughout my consultation and the final surgery. Everything was clean and carried out in a professional manner. Everyone has their own experiences - but mine was altogether 5 stars.

So cross that they lost an important referral letter of mine. Having found out only because my son had another appointment and was asked for the letter - I would never have known and would have assumed referral was done. After complaining, my letter was found on a ‘scanning pile’ and had been there for 6 weeks...no further explanation given. Simply not good enough!

Not a very compassionate surgery ,the best Doctor I have seen was Doctor Sheik. Some of the receptionist are helpful ,but some come across very grumpy .

I have to say that compering to other surgeries this one is great. Only small problems but always easily resolved, once I wasn't informed about the fact I was slightly lower in vit D but not a big deal. I am happy I can feel in the form in the morning and I either get an appointment or if face to face not required either email or phone calls. Saves me time. Admin very good so are nurses.Very helpful. As for child health I have managed to be seen swiftly on couple of occasions. I actually managed to convince my husband to switch to this one as Worthing Medical Gtoup were absolutely useless in helping him and here he is going to be seen very soon (non emergency case).I am happy that I can choose in between Durrington Health Centre and Phoenix (Lime Tree to far).

Dr Al Singary and his team were very good at their respective roles. They made me feel calm and relaxed even though I was nervous of the procedure I was having. Not sure why all the negs, these people were top professionals in my view.

Service gets worse and worse ! Now they appear to have merged with Limetree Surgery it’s no better. Son tried to speak to a Doctor, finally called at 6.30pm, when we explained he was out (working) Doctor said “he can’t be ill enough to need help then”. Mother in Law in her 80’s in agony from a bad knee but again can’t get to speak to a Doctor. Total rubbish. Should be held to account.

got call back at half 9 this morning to book appoint, and after giving symptoms, i was told "we'll ring you back shortly" - 5 and a half hours later, and still no call so i called them again to see what the hold up was, and all appointments for today had been booked - don't say "we'll ring you back shortly if you're not going to
