Worst hospital I have had contact with. Referred by gp to get my anti depressants sorted out, feeling very low having suicidal thoughts coming and going. Seen a keyworker Ellen, not impressed. She took lightly my suicidal thoughts, av you got number to. Yes, as alot of us say, just to shut them up. She decides to have my Quatiapine sorted out first REALLY, the phyciatrist up it by 25mg, at night to 100mg, then he puts 2 to be taken daily if and when, that is not how you take this med. The person with Ellen at assessment rings me at my request, telling me someone will ring u nxt week as I'monly er 2 wks on and 2 wks off and ill get ur counselling sorted out and I asked her to have word with psychiatrist over my serious sweating due to meds and that was weeks ago and heard nothing. . Its now been 10 weeks and my Quatiapine hasn't been looked into. Going at snails speed they won't be sorted out until 2024, then it's my anti depressants tosorted out, REALLY. Who in there right right mind sorts out quatiapnie first WHEN you have told them u have suicidal thoughts. Stay away from this place, there's other places out there where the staff looking after you do care and make sure your health is there priority.. I have since stopped taking my meds to stop the constant sweating. No good putting complaints in, that WON'T solve anything, slap on the wrist, NHS hate dealing with complaints. They do nothing when.. Northampton general hospital Mr David Hunter colorectal surgeon, read what he did and what nhs did (or not do) The chron paper on it has been removed, but the ladies husband receive ALOTof compensation read that, it is shocking, Read Dr Oligvie also Northampton general, surgeon in the Telegraph. I don't have much luck I saw both of these and now Isebrook mental health.
I highly recommend Campbell House, I've been there many times, moving is why I went Isebrook. Isebrook.. Assessment 2 in a room both acting clinical, one on a computer reading out dumb questions, then the keyboard just keeps going, second sitting there one solid look on face, never spoke a word. it was like I was I was waiting to be sentenced, there was nothing there, no talking back and fourth. Campbell House is for mental health problems ONLY, No dentist, no blood tests. They speak one on one and talk to you, which is very important, they hear what your saying and understand and you get given the right help. Isebrook hospital Isn't for people with mental health problems, it should be as stated A HOSPITAL

Had high expectations, but very very sad at the reality.

I am very concerned at the extremely slow and dangerous pace of a mental health service dealing with people in crisis.

( updated, & rescored as matters being dealt with. It appears this service is understaffed and under immense pressure. Really hoping things just keep going from strength to strength )

Dreadful communication. Put through to relevant department and never get to speak to anyone. One gives up after 20minutes. 5 calls and nothing.

Just took my 10 year old for a blood test, not a great experience as she cried, well screamed actually..and she's had blood tests at Nene Park before was absolutely fine.We said no to numbing spray but she used it anyway. Won't be going back there in a hurry as too traumatic for her, hopefully it won't scare her for next time she needs one.

Have had blood taken today. I was impressed how nice they all were it's Christmas Eve today... they had to work poor ladies... I was late for my appointment I came with my 3 daughters and still those lovely ladies made such a nice and friendly atmosphere.
The lady who was taking blood explained every single detail to my girls as they were very interested in it then she gave them stickers. Clearly those people love what they do❤

I have made a complaint because of how ise Brooke hospital. I have been trying for months now to get my medication increased but one one is listening to me. I get palmed off every time. I had appointment in July but because of my work I couldn't attend but they was informed in time.but now I've got to wait till September to see someone about getting medication increased. Not even the duty nurse would increase my medication.
I feel like I have been forgotten about.

So impressed by the efficiency of the teams here. Everyone is incredibly friendly and I did not feel under pressure or rushed at any time. On top of that I am actually back home 5 minutes before my appointment time was due! How is that for efficient!

I've been to Isebrook for a number of different reasons over the years, today was diabetic eye screening. As always the staff were friendly and professional, the process was explained to me so I knew exactly what to expect. I was seen on time and dealt with very efficiently. Isebrook is an under appreciated asset.
