Cobham Day Surgery

Had day surgery today and so impressed. Immaculately clean.Welcoming and friendly staff.Admitted then saw surgeon who was very jolly and reassuring. Staff had time for questions. Recovery was shared with other beds but curtains and single sex. newspaper's and drinks provided and top of the range biscuits even. Summary sheet of what had been done with details of what you can and can't do.Like a private facility but NHS.

Had day surgery for bowel cancer screening and although they were running late I felt the staff were extremely caring and kept me informed all through my treatment. The air conditioning wasn't working on the hottest day of the year for which they kept apologising but my concern was more for them than me as they would have to suffer all day.
Cannot fault any aspect of my experience and feel very lucky to be able to have this procedure available to me. Thank you all so much.

I had a cortisone injection in my wrist and the surgeon was very skilled as I have my old wrist back again! Free parking, professional receptionists and nursing staff plus literally 5 minutes sat in the waiting room that is spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s worlds apart compared to depressing Kingston Hospital so I’ll make sure I’m referred here for any future ailments

No one wants to go to hospital but if you have to, this is the one. Staff very welcoming, professional, caring and take the time to fully explain what is involved. A no pressure and calm environment makes the stay as pleasant as possible. Recommend without hesitation.

Because of the backlog from Covid I was sent to Cobham Day Surgery which is some distance from my home. However, it was worth the bus journeys because the experience was excellent. The bis stops are at the front if the centre’s entrance. From the booking office to the receptionists, nurses and surgeons, all were professional, helpful and friendly. The centre is very organised and shining with cleanliness. It was pleasure visiting the centre. I was able to drive to my last appointment as my vision has been given back to me following cataract surgery on both eyes. Parking is provided.

I had an urgent Endoscopy at this wonderful clinic. I had the pleasure of seeing the amazing Mr Bello who I had the pleasure of seeing many moons ago.. He was just as fabulous as I remembered him. He put me at ease with my worries and questions. The procedure was over and done with before I even caught sight of my surroundings. The staff were efficient and extremely helpful and I was updated throughout.....
I can't thank Mr Bello enough for his kindness and consummate professionalism. A wonderful sense of humour much needed at these strange times of Covid.

Absolutely great service from Jodie at reception and the radiographer, plus all the nurses I met in my short visit there today . They go beyond their remit and really put you at ease .
