Foot Health Service, Newham NHS

Really not that great. I have plantar fasciitis and the advice was never the same. The same person never follows me up and at the follow up I was told that the person I saw last time did not give me right advise. So I was none the wiser.
So now I just get used to the pain and don’t bother coming here.

Worst service ever. Everytime I was seen by different doctor , never follow up and AFTER 1 YEAR no improvement . I was told that the person I saw last time did not give me right advise not give me right exercises and start over and over again just waist of my time, last app I had in september was waiting for next appoitment and recived after 5 months message with new appoitment date .they dont care at all !! I had a great experience here. The staff were great and the doctor I saw was fantastic - nice, professional and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. Left feeling 100% better after being treated on the spot.

This clinic doesn't even deserve 1 star.
The worst place ever. Went in for an emergency appointment and was disgraced with the person who delt with me. Unexperienced and genuinely rude and unkind, the type.of.people you.would never want to meet.....

Service is poor nobody cares that patient is dying with pain i ask for referral but nahh you need to waitfor 8 weeks i already wait for more than 3 months and now its two more months that means near about half year what can we i can’t afford private doctor snd here i need to die than they will see me

receptionist is awful, she knows nothing. I had to complain to the NHS to sort out my appointment
