I was a recent outpatient at the Plastics Outpatient Dept. My experience of the attention I received, and the friendly attitude of all the staff I saw could not have been better. I would like to give a special thank you to Michaela, the Nurse who saw me at my first appointment and whose devotion to duty put me at ease immediately. A big thank you to all of you.

I just have to give my feedback, i spent sometime in hospital i had first class surgery on my leg .leg reconstruction i am so happy with the results also with after care i had a bloating problem today the doctor put me in for a x ray i had the x ray within 1 hour and got the results 30 minutes later how about that !
I really feel that i have been looked after very well and the nurses are very caring at all times ,i do not really want to go home ,i am so comfortable and made to feel comfortable i just can not find any faults at all , daily visits from my plastic surgeon and doctors thank you for the first class service and the extra mile you have gone for me i can not thank you enough for your kindness towards me means a hole lot !

Was brought into A and E on Thursday due to severe back pain. The staff were wonderful, could not have been kinder. Scans and test were carried out without long waits and I felt safe and cared for. Thank you so much to all involved

Wrongly diagnosed in Rheumatology. Radiologists and specialist are unfamiliar with the less common autoimmune types of arthritis. You are probably OK if you have rheumatoid arthritis, but Bath RNHRD is a more specialist centre for anything that needs closer analysis. Consequently, I've had to wait two extra, painful years for a correct diagnosis.

Our first visit. It's big, but well signposted. Friendly staff. Small Marks & Spencer on site. Lloyds chemist too.

Clean hospital nurses are always good at talking my blood, even with my small veins.

In November 2022 I arrived at A & E in Salisbury, on my own , frightened, away from home in Cardiff with some symptoms of stroke. From arrival the service I had was first class. The staff right across the board were caring and took their time to make sure I was reassured. Later on Farley stroke ward the care I received was the best. The medical team visited daily and were the friendlest bunch of medics ever, Dr Toby Black was so friendly and reassuring and kind,as they all were. I spent a very comfortable 12 days there recovering with a team of doctors, nurses, physios, N.A's OT, housekeeping (especially Ram)
who really did care. Thank you to all of you.

No signposting for Hydrotherapy.
No site maps in car parks.
Overflow car park that was overflowing.

Avoid if you can and go private until Labour gov is in.
