A marvelous caring environment with a wealth of skilled and qualified doctors and nurses both within the in and outpatient departments, and at home.

The lane fox unit supported my father and gave him expensive equipment for him to be able to leave intensive care after 1 year and move to the sawbridgeworth respiratory hospital I’ll be forever Greatful . My dad lost his fight against motor neurone last January but his last days were as peaceful and happy as they could have be due to the lane foxes donation of the necessary expensive equipment and the staff at the unit he had 25 hour care when he was at the sawbridgeworth respiratory hospital for around 6 months and the surroundings were lovely . So many charities take donations but they don’t help the real people that need it and you have proven otherwise . I want to donate to you in future as I’m confident the money will go to the people that need it . Huge gratitude and appreciate paula xxx

Outstanding care and kindness shown by all the staff. Shame all hospitals and medical areas couldn’t learn from Romeo Unit. Nothing is too much trouble for everyone. Patients are treated with love, gentleness, understanding and it’s great empathy. When we are ill it is important that we are treated like human beings. As a person with multiple disabilities, the Remeo team treat me with great dignity and understanding. Absolutely wonderful caring staff. Congratulations to Professor Hart and all the Team for achieving such high standards of care.

Went as a out patient, so clean, frendly, did not look anything like nhs facility, l was even offered a cup of tea. To be honest I Sat there mesmerized 10/10 Thank you lane fox

Patients come for a need not because they have to. They come for treatment: it’s a shame when you see professionals like KRISTIAN, MARISSA, CLAIRE, MARTHA. RUI. ALINA neglect patients. Leave them without any dignity. Treat them with no respect. I don’t understand how families leave their loved ones without checking up on them. THESE PROFESSIONALS SHOULD TREAT THEIR OWN PARENTS OR LOVED ONES LIKE THIS
ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL.. shame on NHS for employing such staff.

SHAME YOUR PARENTS WHO BOUGHT UP SUCH DISGUSTING INDIVIDUALS.. hope they are treated in a way to make you fix your self up… treat patients with respect. Make your parents proud. Not ashamed.

My Dad was fortunate enough to have been cared for by the team at Remeo, Redhill. After a year of superb care by people with True Vocations, Dad came home last week. I can't express in just words how grateful and appreciative we all are, for the care and emotional support you all gave him and for getting him home, again. Much Love and Respect, Laura Pritchard
