My mother spent her final weeks in Luke Ward under the meticulous care of the staff there. They treated her with the utmost respect and gave her a dignified experience under difficult circumstances due to her condition. The whole team are a credit to their uniforms at a time when the NHS has some bad press. Our family were allowed access to my mum outside normal visiting hours with no hesitation, made to feel welcome and offered comfort at a very emotional time in our families life. We cannot praise them highly enough.

My partner has been at Dene Barton for about 8 weeks now recovering from a major stroke and all I can say about this unit is it is staffed by some amazing people which is very good at what they do.

My husband was a patient at Dene Barton Neurological Rehabilitation Centre for 2 weeks and was time well spent. All the staff were caring, professional and friendly not only with my husband but for the family. Many thanks to all.

Compassionate care provided by all staff across all disciplines. The standard of care was first rate and I very much doubt that better care could be found in any other place, be it NHS or private.
I can only express my utmost thanks to everyone at The Somerset Neuro Rehab Centre for making my time there so memorable, (for all the right reasons).

Cut my physio before it even started, had to reapply from scratch. Over a year and 5 months later still have back pain, although attended pain management there got nowhere, and even though i was wearing a lanyard they didn't recognise it or know what it was so still insisted i wear a covid mask despite my exemption. Covid masks induce panic attacks in some people. So as far as the reviews go below mine, i don't know what planet they are living on or more to the point considering im seemingly the one that got messed around whilst they have all been treated properly makes me wonder what planet im living on.
