I went before I left home not knowing this, so I had to drink enough to be able to go while waiting, but time is tight for that, if you can't go in a reasonable time, you may miss the appointment depending on how busy they are.

They are very friendly and understanding of all this, and they do not pressure you to get you to go, but you will save a lot of time if you fill up before you go, but with all the construction going on at least half the disabled bay's are blocked off, as though it's not hard enough before this.

But don't go through the hospital to get there, it is an external department of the hospital, so the shortest route is to follow the road round past the construction and as you round the corner the disabled bay's are not blocked after this, but getting a space is another matter, but the department is right next to you as you round the corner.
