In constant pain after surgery and the pain management isn't sufficient. When I call on the buzzer it takes at least an hour for a nurse to come during the night shift. Tonight its taken 3 hours and no show. Might as well suffer at home then suffer here

Best private patient services I have ever seen and it feels really good to know that we are supporting the NHS in the process.

If you want an exceptionally high standard and quality of care, go to the Royal Free London

When you want to admit someone to private side of royal free (and insurance have agreed), they bring out some unwilling staff. The woman who met us to help with admissions said to go back to the NHS and said “the NHS wait times are shorter”. Be that as it may, given that they share facilities, it is the lack of manners and that the staff really don’t want to serve you. The person I wanted to admit also came from abroad so they wanted the private side and the staff really had an issue..they even said “it’s 5pm I don’t know who’s around to help” despite being open! And they said they won’t know how long it takes to find a bed- which is fair except for the fact that I just heard someone else say just minutes earlier that they had a few for emergencies (which was the case for the person I wanted to admit). The consultant we spoke to didn’t even say I’ll check and see if your case qualifies for one or anything! Anyway we left and went to Princess Grace - 1000% better experience and tears of joy came instead of tears of frustration! Royal free has really gone down and it’s a real shame!

Ridiculous hospital which makes patients wait for endless hours, definitely more than 10hours when there're not that many people waiting to be seen. Nurse altitude is extremely rude. She asked patients to wait as long as they like and complain to MP. What the hell!!! If I can opt out my NHS contribution, for 130%sure I will! NHS made me feel living in London is worse than living in 3rd world .

Extremely happy with my experience. The Royal Free itself is an example of a friendly welcoming hospital, not just the private part but also the public part of the hospital. From the moment I stepped in the door I was guided by a lovely nurse when I looked lost. The experience with the friendly consultant, technicians and nurses will always be remembered. Thank you for making it so much more less stressful and well done in achieving something special for patients in these hard times.

Tried to book Dr Adil Sheraz but was treated horribly by his staff - I’ve lodged a complaint but it seems there’s noone willing to hear or process this. Happy to change this review if someone from Dr Adil Sheraz’s office is willing to contact me to discuss further so that improvements can be made so others can’t be treated the way I have.

By far one of the worst hospital and billing experience we had.
And that too we went there (thankfully !) only for a consultation. I dread to think what would have happened if we went there for anything bigger !
Avoid this hospital at all cost if you can.

Paid for Consultation, Dr Adil Sheraz said we can go ahead with treatment. I then book the treatment to be told he doesn't do the treatment. Waste of time and money, got scammed
