A phone service that does not do what it says it should. Rang 0800hrs and told someone would call back. Called again at 1130hrs I was next in the queue. Got a phone call around 1230hrs and got a nurse who would not listen, talking about things that were not useful to me. All I wanted was to see a doctor, not get a receptionist and nurse who impose an ineffective system. Got the appointment with the doctor and just atrocious. There is no empathy, compassion, confidentiality or privacy for patients. I don't need to spill my entire social and medical history to a receptionist and or nurse just to get an appointment with a doctor. It's not the system that doesn't work, it's the people who ran the system that frustrate people.

Absolutely the worst surgery EVER!!
Every single month they screw up my repeat prescriptions, despite the fact that I have been getting the same medication and dosage for many years now.
Every month without exception for about the last year, they have either sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, or missed 1 or more of the 4 different meds I'm prescribed.
If you have the options then use ANY other doctor's surgery than this!
I plan to change ASAP...
The stress is severely affecting my mental health, and also makes me physically ill when I miss some of my medication for a couple of days.

Extremely slow service and gate-keeping doctor. Don’t think this is the same across the practice but I have been trying to get my GP to issue a prescription for a month, been told that this will be issued, obviously it hadn’t. Going over all these hurdles just for them to end up telling me they don’t have it.

I have been looked after by the practice for nearly thirty years and have always felt cared for.

Still be overly neurotic about Covid, have to fight to get a face to face appointment, very bad communication, just making their jobs twice as hard as well as giving a poor service to the public their customers. The government is paying out a lot of money it is about time they got back to normal we should be seeing an improvement by now sick of hearing excuses
Got referred to ENT after hitting head in serious car accident when I should have been referred to neurology, had to wait 10 months for this appointment with ENT and now will probably have to wait months more to see neurology when I am suffering with headaches even ENT doctor was amazed. All I ever get from Doctor’s is NHS are too busy to treat you I don’t want to refer you for anything, no empathy but they are happy to take their big salaries not good enough patients do not go there for no reason, that’s what they make you feel like!

Impossible to get an appointment.

If you don’t get cut off when #1 in the call queue, the receptionist will make it as hard as possible for you to book an appointment.

Failed practice that needs a rework.

How the doctor can confirm an appointment if he didn't talk with me?
He just left a voicemail...
3 ours before the appointment!
The thing is our fault to don't attend the appointment... That we didn't confirm.

Worst medical practice I've ever been registered with. Disrespectful receptionists over the phone clearly considering people just numbers rather then patients.
