I don't know where to start. Sammy saved me from utter despair. His superb and patient therapy has brought my life back. This
is no understatement.
I had become anxious and so low, I really didn't know where to turn. Just 4 sessions later and I am back at work and continuing to improve. Bless you Sammi and Thank You.

After being diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine, i decided to contact a Vestibular physiotherapist for treatment. I found Sammy on the web. Sammy knew exactly what i was going through and after suggesting some changes in lifestyle and diet and completing a number of vestibular rehabilitation exercises i am now able to carry out normal day to day activities and return to work. If you have any vestibular issues i recommend you to contact Sammy as he is an expert in this field. Thankyou Sammy for all of your help.

Title: Miraculous Recovery of Vertigo through Video consultation. Thank you, Mr Samy.

My father is 67 years of age living hale & healthy in a small town Salem, Tamilnadu, India. On Saturday morning at 5 am (13/08/22) he had an acute bout of wild dizziness accompanied by vomiting and head spinning. The same day he went to a local emergency department where he went through extensive investigations for heart and brain issues but luckily they all came out clear. The physician who examined him at the emergency noticed nystagmus (abnormal eye movements) and diagnosed him with BPPV and advised bedrest and prescribed generic Dizziness medications.
My dad's symptoms did not improve and he lost hope of living a normal life again. We couldn’t bear to see him suffering from vertigo and we were desperate to help him. Through word of mouth, we came to know about Mr Samy, a vertigo specialist at the DizzyCare Clinic in the UK.

We contacted Samy and he returned our Whatsapp call on the same day even though it was a weekend and offered my dad an appointment and saw him through the Whatsapp video call.
Considering how even the face-to-face consultation at the emergency care and all the investigations did not help get rid of my dad's dizziness, we did not have much faith in the effectiveness of the remote consultation. However, to our surprise, Samy not only diagnosed my dad correctly with a BPPV (he explained it was a lateral canal cupulolithiasis, not a common type of BPPV) but he also successfully cured this condition just after one treatment.

Let me elaborate a bit more details on how Samy helped my dad get rid of his vertigo.
Firstly, Samy asked for details about my dad's symptoms and the movements that brought his symptoms on or made his symptoms worse.

Following this, he guided my dad to undergo an eye movements examination and a series of positional tests while he was observing my dad through the video. I helped my dad to do the tests while my auntie (Chithi) was holding the phone in position for Samy to observe the tests. Apparently, Samy was looking at my dad’s eye movements during the tests. Certain positional tests made my dad dizzy while others were not that bad.

At the end of the examination, Samy explained to my dad about his findings in a simple language so that we all can understand what was causing my dad's vertigo. He also explained the treatment procedure /steps that he will be doing to help get rid of my dad's vertigo.
My dad was very keen to get the treatment done immediately, therefore, Samy proceeded to treat him. Samy Guided my dad with the treatment procedure and I helped my dad to do the movements and I assisted him. The whole treatment lasted less than 10 minutes. My dad felt a huge relief after the session. And he followed the post-treatment instructions as recommended by Samy for 24 hours. My dad’s vertigo completely resolved the following morning. And Samy’s review later that day confirmed the cure of my Dad’s BPPV. It was good to see my dad again in his oldself and he is now back in his active life again without the fear of a vertigo attack.

We, as a family, thank Samy from the bottom of our hearts for making my father normal from the disabling BPPV. We also Thanx God & for the technological advancement that connected closely the patient and the specialist in a virtual world. The distance doesn’t matter anymore.
Once again thank you Mr Samy & continue your good work. God Bless You.

I was referred to Samy 5 years ago after a few unexplained falls and he sorted my Bi Lateral Vestibular something or other in 5 weeks. This time I recognised what was happening to me and contacted Samy before I hit the ground. Four sessions later I am much better and have resumed jogging. Also, expecting to be back out on my bike next week. Thanks for the exercises and advice, Samy.

After dizziness for a fair few weeks and genuinely thinking I would never feel normal again, my mother in law who was also treated successfully for vertigo by Samy, told me to make an appointment. After ruling a few things out and after only a couple of sessions, Samy diagnosed me with vestibular migraines. It was great to feel like I had support from Samy as I was so down and frustrated as being a busy working Mom I don’t know how I carried on feeling like I did 😢 On Samys advice to change a few things in my diet, my symptoms subsided completely!! I can’t tell you how grateful I am-especially not having to go down the route of taking strong medication which like Samy said “only mask the symptoms” they do not get to the direct cause! If you are suffering then please book to see him, his knowledge and professionalism are second to none and I recommend Samy whole heartedly. I personally know another patient who was also successfully treated for vertigo, after taking strong tablets that did absolutely nothing for a long time. Thank you Samy and if my dizziness ever does return, I will 100% be back to see you. Kindest regards..

Really did not not help me, came up with lots of theories but none of them actually worked, video calls never fix dizziness problems

Far too quick to fall back on things that he can't control, like anxiety and stress, like with everyone else these two conditions can give you anything the medical people want you to have

I do not recommend this clinic, you have to fit the pattern like everyone else, if you have had a head trauma definitely don't go here
