Primrose Hill Nursing Home

Dropped my dad off 2day, even though nurse was going home, she took her coat off and stayed to help settle my dad, much love to geanie, for that. She didn't have too. Looks like great home from what I saw

Lovely home to begin with but deteriorated over 2.5 years my father was there. He was neglected due to covid restrictions and end of his life with his buzzer being removed. No-one from the home even attended his funeral.

The level of neglect at this home is horrific! The residents are not treated like people just caged animals! There are significant safeguarding issues that are currently being reported! If you can do anything to stop your family being sent here then do so ! Just heartbroken over the neglect

I done my work experience here over 10 years ago. Residents were lovely to look after had lovely bunch of characters in their.
Staff were two faced the lot of em ...and the neglect was absolutely disgusting the things I saw and reported unbelievable...

The name of the care home has been changed I see and hopefully better...

My mom Was put in here for 2 weeks she's ended up being safe guarded the neglect in this is terrible don't put. Any family member in here

Primrose Hill nursing home is really good place. Managers are supportive and staff are providing excellent care to meet residents needs. I will suggest this home to my friends in future.

My nan lives at this home and she has never been treated better, she is looked after and cared for like a member of the carers family. The staff are amazing and work so hard for their residents.
