However staff treatment is poor, safe staffing levels are not “safe” poor level of training opportunities for staff,
Progression roles not offered to staff who wish to develop their career,
Level of pay poor, originally advertised as £10ph on indeed however most staff paid £8.11
Management and coordination of the hospital in general is to a very low standard.
Flexibility in terms of shift pattern are taken advantage of. Although this is a great place to gain experience from, unfortunately the management side let the place down and so would not recommend.

Doesn't respond to complaints or doesn't seem to care about the patients health or well-being.

Safeguarding is a joke as it is opened then not investigated as its closed within a day.

Put a complaint in with CQC they ask for a response of Wellesley Hospital Wellington to respond within a week. Still awaiting a response.

As a nearest relative they didn't want to support my partner with all the issues I raised with them.

Very very bad service wouldn't recommend this to health care professionals or patients coming to this service.

I am an ex service user please don't work here as the senior management team don't care for staff or service users. Alot of problems here alot of staff gets hurt and service users get hurt to not worth it and if you are being transferred here please reconsider
