I tried to contact this building which is known as David Parry Suite Saint Michaels Court it is a part of mental health NHS,
The ladies answering the phone could not hear me, apparently, when I could hear exactly what the office was saying at there end. Laughing and joking, 🙃
I’d like to remind the staff that they are dealing with people who are mentally ill. Perhaps the phone lines are faulty but either way. I did not see the funny side of this situation

The car parking is terrible with staff taking most spaces. There is a cpn that should not be in the job. She has no compassion, empathy and should not be allowed to deal with vulnerable adults. She should be safeguarded. The building is not suitable for large wheelchairs. There is a fantastic psychiatrist she is the best one there. I the front line staff in reception are good. They had major updating. And forgot to put a large disabled loo for a big wheelchair
