The nicest staff I have ever encountered in a hospital. The two ladies that looked after me Ann, who booked me in was a lovely lady and then Rachael who stayed with me throughout my procedure, without whom I could not have done it, thank you so much, I really appreciated your kindness.

Just been to the Robert peel drop in centre today, after my daughter finger became infected, the sister and the receptionist where fantastic, the nurse and the staff who treated my daughter and prescribed her the antibiotics were brill. The NHS are pushed to there limits but the service here was great thank you for saving our holiday 👍🏽

Needed to visit this unit Sunday evening and from the lovely man on reception to the wonderful nurse who saw me I have to say a huge thankyou for the wonderful, compassionate and fast treatment I received. Thank goodness we have this service here in Tamworth and we must make sure we never lose it. Thankyou again everyone who works on this unit you are a godsend

Awful experience. More questions by reception and nursing staff about my ‘ethnicity’ and ‘gender’ than time spent diagnosing. Nurse failed to diagnose an abscess resulting in an A&E trip 24 hours later, advising to take paracetamol. Can’t see the point in such a unit if they don’t provide any level of care or service.

Attended today with an infected cat bite. The staff are all so friendly. As I waited, I watched nurses' and reception staffs interaction with several patients and they were so lovely and helpful. The nurse that attended me couldn't have been more thorough and explained the treatment I'd be receiving, and gave advice should the infection worsen. Such a kind lady. We should value our NHS because we're lucky to have such caring people there for us in our time of need. Sir Robert Peel Medical Unit staff are a credit to themselves and their profession.
