Appointment at 8.40 still sitting waiting at 9.10. Staff are not helpful and just look at you up and down when asking about your appointment time. Last time I arrived 2 minutes late for my appointment which I apologised for as there was traffic they turned me away.

if you are 5minutes late you get told to go away cos the next person came in early incase you didn't come but if you are ontime then your 30 minutes in after your appointment

Tried getting an appointment. Told they are fully booked for the month with no further advice or help given.

Despite the pressure of the NHS overall. our practice is first class in every department

I have no problem with the doctors at Lynn&McDevitt but one of their receptionist?/healthcare assistant? called Angela is a cheeky disgrace!. She is extremely rude and arrogant and clearly needs to change jobs! I will be looking into putting in a formal complaint against this woman, even my partner was disgusted with her language and attitude towards me. A shocking way to talk to a client! It was just as well the phone call from her was on speaker phone so my partner could hear her words and attitude! Woman needs sacked!
