No help at all in care of my mother

Their security needs serious stepping up. My newphew spent just 15 hours or so there - its his funeral next week - sorry to be blunt but that's my opinion on their security & the safety of patients

The service they provide,if you could call it that,is at very best, poor,didn't help me in anyway shape or form.

Visited today for my partners ASD assessment and fell in love with how beautiful this old building is.
It's a shame its been a allowed to get so run down.
Couldn't help but take some photographs of the 1900s ghostly looking features.

Ive changed my rating from 4 to 5. Doctor Ivenso is a gifted lady. Im so pleased my mum has the support of this Doctor, it brought tears to my eyes knowing her health is now in good hands, so to speak. Such a relief and i would like to thank Adam too for his brilliant support, professionalism and natural caring ability that calms my mum and she trusts and likes you both. Such a great team and anyone that has the opportjnity to learn from Dr Ivenso is very fortunate. Certainly a First Class,Doctor. My thanks also extended to the Receptionist who made our visit a good experience, so genuinely friendly and caring team. Thank You!

Don't bother with the memory clinic they referred my husband for a CT scan did not check to results then we found out later my husband had a incurable Glioblastoma stage 4 brain tumour to late for surgery the Royal Gwent Hospital sent home to DIE absolutely appalling.

The service is disgusting . My poor elderly mum has been left, waited more than a month to get her tablets and she’s got worse. They say one thing… you ring back and they tell you another , so unorganised and badly run! It’s just wrong, so so wrong. I get staffing maybe tight bla bla but why say you will ring back when you don’t and there’s no excuses for being so unorganised.
However, the lady who took my mums memory assessment was so great with her and I appreciated that
