If your in need of urgent mental health help don't even bother you will be dead by the time you get and help from the Integrated Community Mental Health Team even if your really strugling thier attitude is uncaring and unhelpful I can't imagine how many people end up in bad situations when they are crying out for help but get none!!

Never set foot in this place before and Not a great first impression! My husband was sent here for a diabetic eye exam. The letter said appointment 9am and to be on time.
9am we arrived and the reception was closed, I walked around and found a member of staff in the dr surgery who told me to go back a and wait at reception. 10 past 9 and a queue of people the receptionist walks past and doesn’t talk to anyone just grabs her keys and disappears down stairs. 9.15 she reappears coffee in hand, smiling to herself and then asks what we want, we tell her and she just says go and take a seat. No apology for being late nothing! Finally got seen by 9.30. Running late when there’s no one there! The amount of staff who walked past us and didn’t even ask if we needed directions or help was embarrassing!
Hope we don’t have to return here again! Only stars given for cleanliness, it was spotless!
