I had my surgery in Day surgery unit yesterday. Absolutely fantastic. Massive thank you to the staff looking after me. They are so kind and caring. Would do anything for patient. Very professional. Also checked on me via phone today if I'm OK.

Had appointment at the Endoscopy Unit 24/9/22. I received Absolutely outstanding care from Mr McKain and his Very professional team. They really put you at ease and explain everything so clear. For them it’s very routine life but they don’t forget that this may be your first time and certainly have the bedside manner above and beyond. Thank you

The worst hospital experience ever. 12 hour wait to see a doctor even though there were only 12 other patients. No blood tests on site so they wait for enough to bother taking them to cwmbran. Told a 4 hour wait for bloods but waited a further 7 hours to be seen. Just go straight to cwmbran utterly useless only 1 doctor on site.

Had an operation yesterday on my nose, just want to say a big thank you to all on endoscopy and say how lovely the staff were and how well looked after I was. They were all very considerate of how I was feeling asking if I wanted anything to eat, drink or another blanket. What a brilliant team they all were, made me feel at ease. Thewhodowho done my the operation do

Took my daughter in on a Wednesday night with symptoms of possible meningitis. Excellent treatment of her from wonderful staff.

I have just visited the Minor Injuries Unit this morning with my husband to have treatment for his dislocated toes. Maxine and Jan were amazing and took a lot of trouble to put the dislocations right which involved two manipulations and two X-rays. Their caring attitude and professionalism were very impressive and I would like to thank them for caring for my husband thoughtfully throughout a painful procedure.

I unfortunately had to attend there this morning after a fall at home. The staff were lovely from receptionist , nurses, radiology and the Doctor. THANK YOU.
Major A&E should never have been moved to the Grange ( zero points for there)

All the staff here at the RACU from nurses , doctors even down the the lovely receptionist was great it really made a difference I went down at 11.30 I had bloods , all examination done , went for a x-ray and did sit and wait for a little after not leaving until 3.45 but it was alot quicker than any of the other hospitals I've been to.

We were all offered tea or coffee and a sandwich and a bike to eat by the nurses in shift. They was all in such high spirits concidering they'd all probbaly worked over Xmas period . thank you RACU unit on B4 ward.
