We booked a week at Ewe Time Holiday Barn for 4 families including 6 children aged 6 and younger. The Barn was lovely and worked extremely well. The living accomodation is open plan but well thought through with flexibility for different arrangements in the dining room. The bedrooms are arranged in different areas so families were well separated at night which we all appreciated. There is excellent outdoor space with toys, hot tub, and Bbq. Lindsay was so helpful and also took the children round the farm to feed the animals which they loved. She gave up so much time and was so warm and patient with them! We would highly recommend this venue.

We have just got back from a nice break from Ewe Time Holiday Barn. It was a family get together with four generations!. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The barn itself is fantastic well thought out and has everything you need. It’s all finished to a high standard. We could honestly not find a fault with this place. We highly recommend it and the hot tub is amazing!!! 5 stars you will not be disappointed great location for days out without having to drive far!!

We stayed here for a special family birthday, ages ranged from 6 to 70. We found the barn to be the perfect venue for us all with so much space to offer. A large open plan kitchen and dining room, with multifunctional space allowing you to move the tables around to suit your dining needs, or as also in our case, board game fun.

The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, glassware and cutlery, which when cooking a lot, it is good to have a large quantity to use without washing up constantly. We loved the tea urn, made making a brew for the large group so quick and easy.

The upstairs has a huge lounge area with plenty of comfortable sofas, log burner and even a pool table which everyone enjoyed. There are plenty of books for all reading ages and some toys too. The place would suit 20 people comfortably with lots of space to move around. There is a little snug area with some sofas and a tv under the stairs for anyone wishing to watch some tv. There is also a large tv in the kitchen which we used to play music through and another tv in the lounge area.

There are seven well apportioned bedrooms with comfy beds that can be made into singles or doubles. Bathrooms were perfectly clean and the towels were lovely and fluffy.

Outside there is plenty of private parking for many guests, which is also dog friendly, so they can't get out. There is plenty of outdoor seating if sunny and a BBQ. The wood fired hot tub was a massive hit during our stay, with many enjoying sitting in it even whilst it rained. Hot tub towels were provided. It is also not too far from the kitchen door so easy to get in and out without feeling like you are tucked away from the gathering indoors.

We enjoyed some lovely walks, even with the weather being wet and warm. There is a box of wellies should you forget suitable footwear and lots of coat hanging space in the boot room along with a washer and dryer should you get a bit muddy.

The location is perfect for visiting the local area, we just wish we had longer to have enjoyed the little villages a little more.

If you are looking for a venue for a family/friend gathering, with lots of space and plenty of walks (whatever the weather) then I would recommend Ewe Time Holiday Barn. We hope to visit again.

Ewe Time Barn was a perfect choice for our family. The accommodation was beautiful and of a very high standard. Lindsay and Richard were wonderful to deal with. Cannot wait to go back!
