Small rooms and facilities. Did not like the security constantly roaming around waiting for groups to make noise so they can storm into your room and tell you to be quiet.

I do understand that the hostel wants to keep the students and visitors safe and keep the neighborhood quiet and peaceful, but it's kind of a breach of privacy to barge in your room...

I am also missing comfortable "chill" spots where you can sit around, talk, watch TV or eat.

Do not recommend for families.

Although it is a good distance away from the heart of London, and you can get to the heart of London in 30 minutes or less!

Okay for young adults, not children.
Relaxed setting, however there are no locks on the doors which is a huge problem for personal safety and for safeguarding children.

Needs to have locks on the doors and a cupboard/more storage space, especially if you are there for a week or longer.

Fine for the price, just make sure to book in advance.
Lovely grounds, however it was shut at 10pm which is not good for adults who want to sit outside and chat on a nice summer evening.

It it definitely the worst place I have ever been to. Not only the location of that hostel and the area area are terrible, but also the bunk beds make you feel like you enter a prison cell. The room was extremely dirty. Blood, hair as well as nails. I could not sleep at all. The breakfast was awful too. Burnt and cold toast. Service was very poor. It took a couple nights until we were finally able to change our room.

The accommodation is really poor. The rooms are tiny. It"s not convenient, no place to put your things: not a single chair or a table. The showers are made so that all the water is on the floor, you can't even turn in the bathroom. The hostel is a labyrinth. In case you have a heavy bag be ready to move it upstairs, then downstairs and then again. Breakfasts are non eatable. Nobody cares that there should be enough food for everybody. Here they serve: bread, butter, jam, ham ,cheese. Sometimes, if you are lucky, they will bring you milk and there would be instant coffee in the machine. Although it is located within the east reach of the greenwich centre. And that is a big bonus

The toilets were atrocious. The sinks did not work and the showers were so disgusting they were unusable... on my first day of a new job I had to go in without a shower.I would prefer that the money be refunded to my friend, Alexis Orton Green who paid for the bed. Appalling. Will never stay there again and recommending against it to all of my hostel going friends. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼The only good thing was the lovely lady who checked me on and the fellow moving baggage in the concrete junglists tee. Other than these two being awesome the place is horrid. BYE.

Had to wait over an hour to check in the receptionist was abrupt big queues and only one person on reception. Says is was only 900 metres from Station and had to walk about 10 minutes. Mixed toilets. Overcrowded people, smoking in toilets showers dirty. But building modern and decor nice.

Not a pleasent stay. Stayed in a group dorm, the rooms are tiny, there is no secure storage space and your climbing around the other guests in your dorm. The mattresses or what I call them gymnastic mats - hard and uncomfortable. The bunk beds are wobbly so any movements from sleeping to getting in and out is not nice.

I tried the breakfasts for the first 2 days, worst thing I have ever tasted, you would also be lucky to get a hot drink if not enjoy the cloudy water which is advertised as orange or apple juice. - the evening meals were the same situation with both food and refreshments. Had to buy food for breakfast and for evening meal from the Sainsbury's about a 10 minute walk away from hostel. Like I said before there is NO secure storage space. I used the blankets provided to hide my food on the bed but to discover what I believe the cleaners to be taking my food and drink. Only noticed when I saw spillage and the stickiness of cartons that were suddenly opened and breakfast bars disappearing. Reported to reception without success. I had to stay in my dorm until a cleaner walked in and I told them not to clean the room - I did that during the entire duration of my stay.

Good location only bonus & cleanliness. However review the dormitories before booking. Mixed dorms have alcoholics & drug addicts staying on a long term basis.
Staff are aware of the situation but seem to turn a blind eye. When mentioned staff are rude & indifferent.
Would not recommend for families or children.
