A dumping ground for my elderly father. Staff did nothing to help my deaf father and they never informed me of his hospital admission to Musgrove Park hospital. The hospital rang me as Dad was dying My whole expierience with House of St Martin was the staff do not return calls nor do staff get back to you on quirries one may have regards their loved one. Shame on them and their total lack of sustaining family relationships. Even the chairman of the Trust Langley never ever replied to my messages or calls.
