This is a lovely comfortable B&B run by a very caring family. I stayed here for four nights while my husband was in hospital nearby and we were away from home. As a single woman in a strange place, I felt very safe and secure.
My room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

LOVELY STAY. I stayed in Baytree over the August 2022 bank holiday with my family. We took 2 rooms. The rooms was clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed. GREAT location in Bangor and to A55 or Gwynedd National Park. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. LOOKING FORWARD TO BOOKING AGAIN. Thank you

I booked a double room here for the weekend just gone the room was filthy cob webbs round window frames and spiders in the bath bedding did not fit.
Pillows very thin and when we had a shower the water sat on the windowsill,I was told it would be £105 a night with breakfast even that was terrible when I spoke to the owner and explained it was not worth the money we agreed on £90 per night but believe me even that was to much building needs gutting and a good refurbishment

The staffs were friendly, the food was also great, it was my first time eating an English breakfast. Also reasonable room prices.

I really needed a room quite late in the evening after visiting my mum in hospital when I was in a bit of a tis.
The owner was so helpful and came ti collect me himself.
Really lovely family owned B&B. Good location within short walking distance to town and a short bus to hospital. Room was newly furnished and very clean.
Would stay again.

Soon as we walked in the door it was like walking into a curry house smelt disgusting ,the decor was like a hotel from the 70s very outdated & badly needing a good clean or redecorated .
The rooms were just as bad with as many beds crammed in as possible ,we originally had booked 8 single rooms but as the current owners had taken over after we had booked they couldn't accommodate us & we ended up sharing ,just not impressed with the hotel 1 little bit & def won't be back

Stolen pet friendly too,
If your into children and stealing dogs and getting protected by the owner, this is the place for you,
