I've never stayed at a hostel before. I would definitely stay there again. Situated amongst pleasant views. The lady manager was a very helpful and friendly lady who was knowledgeable on the surrounding area and amenities. The room we stayed in was clean, it had 2 sets of bunk beds with matching bedding and a sink. The toilet wasn't very far away. The room was also dog friendly. There were kitchen facilities had we needed them and breakfast was provided if ordered. There were 2 large lounges with board games and such provided. Bathroom facilities were clean. All in all a very pleasant stay. I would recommend.

Arrived late with a group of 30 with instructions for entering after the last check in. Rooms were all ready with sheets and various rooms (kitchen, washrooms, etc) all easy enough to find. Rooms were warm and beds comfortable enough. Breakfast was early as arranged so that we could leave by 7am. Food was good a there were veggie options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was good and booking was easy. Staff were helpful when it came to arranging various aspects of our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed in the snowdon dorm, the beds were uncomfortable for me, but it was very clean throughout the hostel. The views were lovely and the fire pit was a highlight. Kitchen facilities were good.

Attended a party at the hostel with around 35 friends. Great location for walks and other activities. Lovely staff who helped us when needed but also gave us space. Would certainly recommend!

This place is amazing! Perfect for a budget and they are so friendly. In a beautiful rural area. Although if you are tall do not go for a bottom bunk as you cannot sit up in it

Thoroughly recommended! Lou was a great host- she was very accommodating, really welcoming and very friendly. The building is interesting (exposed beams etc), fantastic location, very comfortable.
The kitchen is closed (no dinner/breakfast) but there are options fairly locally, and there are facilities to make hot & cold drinks.

Great venue for big groups, we've been here twice! You're not far from the beach and it's about 20minutes into the heart of Snowdonia.

When going to this place, do keep in mind, that you will have to clean the whole place when leaving. Even empty out your own bins etc.
Had a bad experience where some of the beddings weren't available so had to use our own. Even left one bed sheet there by mistake. Considering the amount of money they took for us to rent out the whole place, we'd expect they send a cleaner later to have the place cleaned, but couldn't enjoy the trip, as we were worried about the cleaning all the time.
Also, it feels like jail, the bunk beds are way too small, they are too low so normal people fit in it very uncomfortably. I hurt myself getting in and out. Some bedrooms didn't even have any windows, felt suffocating. There were no toilet rolls provided. So do take your own if you do decide to go there.

Overall it's a beautiful location, there's a great place outside for BBQ and the place is okay overall.
