We have been using hit tub sos for over 5 years now the engineers they send to us to open and close our hot tub on a yearly basis as knowledgeable considerate and provide service to a very high quality. The process to book this in is simple and works very well. This works perfectly with part of our maintenance package and gives is the peace of mind should anything go wrong with our hot tub throughout the year. Would definitely recommend 👌

Wow!! What an amazing, friendly, efficient service. We had a hot tub moved from 1 family member to another. They were so quick, proffessional yet friendly. Can not recommend them enough!! Most certainly use them again for all our hot tub needs!!
At the time of delivery a neighbour had locked themselves out and they jumped over fence to help out elderly gent. They really were heros in capes!! We were so lucky they were here.

Awful experience with this company £150 call out charge for wrong diagnosis expected to pay additional call out fee to rectify the 1st guess .another company called out and within 10 mins fixed it was a fuse!! How many guesses at £150 a time do you need ????

Very professonel. The engineer ,Elliott, explained everything fully, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend this company.

I would avoid going with this company at all costs. We had them provide the support package for about three years of which the first two were absolutely fine and we got the hot tub service we requested and good response any time we contacted them. However the third year we had a problem and it was almost impossible to get them to come out, we had to repeatedly email and phone and they sent someone eventually at a time we said we wouldn’t be there. They never fixed the problem and after multiple chasing attempts we eventually paid someone else to come out even though we had paid all year for the support. Their customer service was rude and I felt their whole model had gone down hill which was such a shame. £300 down the drain! Find another company!!

Firstly I am new to owning a hot tub, I was especially given one under the understanding it would not work correctly and was no doubt not going to be a cheap luxury to have. It was clear that it needed a new filter pump and likely a heater so after waiting a week or two for the next available date a couple of pleasant chaps came and replaced these items as well as some seals. This service cost £850 which is a lot of money to me but I had roughly that figure in my head anyway, I was pleased to have a working tub. Concerns grew that the new heater might not be working as the team was still there an hour after installation and the temperature had not risen. As they left I was assured that they would come back and fix the problem for free as it was their recommendation to change the heater. Sure enough the next morning it still was not heating so I called to arrange a come back, I called 3 times that week and 3 times the week after but every time I called it felt like the first and it was clear I was being ignored. After 2 weeks I received an email from Lauren stating that it MUST be the PCB and she quoted me £925 including fitting. There was an element of pressure to order ASAP and pay 50% deposit as they were putting an order in to the states that day. I was shocked by this stance as no one had come back to qualify the situation or test the circuit in any way, it is fact that the circuit board was not tested in any way during the heater installation. Naturally I refused and over this weekend paid a qualified electrician to look at the tub, he managed to fix the issue in 10 minutes, it was a simple wiring error (not caused by hot tub SOS)!! This is the first review I have ever written because I’m an extremely chilled character but I have genuinely never felt more ignored, left in the lerch and potentially ripped off than I do with Hot Tub SOS. I want to warn others about these potential pit falls, hot tubs are great, they are expensive to run and maintain but it seems like this company views it’s customers as a license to print money.

Brilliant move service - Both Lauren & Steven were easy to talk to & helpful. The boys who came & done the actual move were quick, friendly & efficient. Can't fault the whole process. Price wise I had a slightly cheaper quote but that company just fobbed me off each time I tried to book so I ended up coming back the HotTubSOS. The other quotes I had were more expensive too so I would say it was priced fairly from the start. Thanks!
