Ayman is simply the best! When I first moved to London from New York, I searched for years to find a proper dry cleaner that didn't also cost a small fortune. Some were unreliable, some were cheap and quick but would lose my clothing... I finally was recommended to Crown Tailoring and Dry cleaners and we could not be happier. We have collection every single week for our bedding, shirts, upholstery, shoes and even formal dresses. I am always pleased. Definitely go to Ayman and his team at Crown Tailoring!

Cannot recommend these guys enough! I wanted to get my suit for my wedding tailored at the last minute (I only had 2 days to get it done), called these guys up and ended up getting to them around midday on Friday - they managed to get it all done by late Sat afternoon!

The alterations were perfect, I had the jacket taken in on the sides and the trousers both shortened and tapered. I was with a friend when I picked up the suit - when I tried the suit on he was so impressed he brought three trousers and two suit jackets to them the next day to get them all altered!

I actually did the same thing last week and had another suit tailored there last minute - again they did it for me on very short notice and within a day...I highly recommend this place and am planning to take more of my suits there for tailoring - reasonable cost (I paid v slightly more to get it done on such short notice but still reasonable), friendly service and they actually care about doing the work well. Very skilled tailors!

Poor service. I was really surprised to have a bad experience considering all the good reviews, however, I dropped off my jacket and didn't get it back until a month later! I went in two times to collect my jacket and only the second time did they give me an estimated collection day ( a month after what my collection ticket said). Throughout this they never called to let me know, instead I had to come in and find out myself. My jacket was dry cleaned well but I could not give this place a higher rating because of the bad customer service experience.

I was surprise from the friendly and human sense of the costumer care service with a great professional tailormade job done in just a week!
All shop assistants can give you the advice and the quality you need for your kind of requests. The owner and his staff has helped me to create the suit that I wanted!

In the review , lots of people highly recommended this shop but some of them were very critical. Even for the critical comment , the owner tried hard to solve the peoblem with the client.
I have my husband's 4 trousours hemmed from the Crown tailor.
The result was so beautiful !

I would not recommend this place over priced and from my experience the clothes do not come back spelling fresh. There are 2 dry cleaners at the back of Wilko Kingston that give a much better service and price.
