Stayed for only one night. The few staff I did meet were very nice. Changed plans for breakfast but had already purchased their breakfast when booking, they happily refunded me.
Had a pretty good uninterrupted sleep. Would stay here again.

Hats off the reception staff here.
Booked a total of 5 nights on a non refundable basis for a family member who’s son was taken to Boston hospital due to becoming critically Ill whilst on holiday.
Front desk took an interest in their sons recovery and thankfully he was able to go home sooner than thought.
The reception team, knowing the situation, said they would try and refund the remaining unused night of the stay. Which they did.
We weren’t expecting a refund but this was a great little gesture from premier inn and very thoughtful of the staff to arrange.

A regular place for us to stay, many times. Starting to look a little tired in places. Carpets coming up in corridors and the rooms could benefit from some fresh paint in places. Staff very friendly and nice location

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. However there was no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot. Although there was a fan, it did not help the heat.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We always use Premier Inn as what you see is what you get. Never had any issues at any Premier Inn. This one had a very clean room and clean common areas. Staff we friendly on arrival and departure. We stayed here to visit Skegness as it was much much cheaper than the Premier Inn on Skegness Sea Front.

Rooms extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Food next door was very good, great value. Breakfast extremely good for the price. Staff lovely and very friendly.

Fab staff, slightly older hotel but still well maintained and modern. Both the guys on reception were lovely. Breakfast food in the restaurant was excellent and an obvious draw for locals as well as guests.

Pretty good hotel. Great price. Basic, but very much does the job. Staff are friendly, and there is a large car park. Attached to a nice brewers fayre where the food is good value.
