Had to stay over in London and found this place. Quite clean, the room was a fair size, bathroom a tad small. Some decoration a little tired. We had a great air conditioning system over the heatwave. Breakfast was ample and freshly cooked and were offered free top ups. Overall, it did what it said, if in the area give it a try.

Customer service is which is very important to me, this was delivered well by all the receptionists especially Raman, his patience, his ability to understand and put his self in others people shoes and his smile overall best service. On top of that the rooms are very clean I will recommend.

Awful! Stains in the bedding. Watched person at desk shouting at customers and he was very rude to me and my partner. There wasn't any fresh water and exposed wires underneath the sink just genuinely un clean. I won't be staying again.

Poor WiFi and tele not working. Atleast I had a good night's sleep as the beds were great. 2 stars just for that.

I stayed at The Commongate Hotel for a weekend, the service was good, and the receptionists were polite.
The room was a tad small but was clean. Overall, will recommend

The rooms were cosy. Heating and the shower were amazing in the December weather. Himanchu at the front desk was gracious and cordial.

Had to pay extra for a bed??? £5
I thought beds would be included in the £65.
Parking was £10 but I was told it had free private parking.
