St Andrews House Hotel

A beautiful Victorian house with many original features yet tastefully decorated. Host is really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Just an overnight stay for me, my partner and father. We were all extremely happy with our rooms and a great price paid. My father had the free breakfast and was really happy with the options available. Definitely use again if available when we travel again to Preston.

The property is quite dated, but that's quite charming in its own right, there are parts that need attention, however it was clean and tidy. The room we stayed in had the hot water tank in the cupboard of the bathroom and everytime another guest in the 10 rooms or so they have. Used the hot water it makes a lot of noise. (Seriously loud unfortunately) I really don't want to speak badly of this place as the people who own and run it are phenomenal and cannot do enough for us on our stay

The owner greeted me and my bro with a lovely smile and very welcoming she was. The Hotel is lovely with a huge car park which was free as was the wi fi. The bedroom was tastefully decorated with plenty of coffee and tea facilities, TV and I only paid £41 for a single room only to find a double bed which was very comfortable. The following morning at breakfast we were met by a very glamorous waitress to see to our needs from Bulgaria. All in all it was great value for money and a fantastic breakfast which included continental breakfast and a hot bacon and egg bun, plenty to eat, fantastic. We will definitely stay here again. The customer service was absolutely outstanding and We’d most definitely stay again . We was very impressed with what received for the price . The room was lovely and clean and exactly how it was advertised. We was also very impressed with the breakfast . All round a lovely stay ,Thankyou

This was a nice place clean and looked after the room was plenty big with space. The shower and toilet was shared but was keeps clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff was polite and friendly.

Unfortunately the walls to the bedrooms are paper thin so we heard EVERYTHING the room next to us said and did (including snored loudly)
Otherwise the food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Short walk from the local pubs, cafe bars and restaurants. Excellent place to lay your head. Breakfast facilities first class from cooked to continental. Large bedrooms and modern, spotlessly clean shower area
