Unbelievably bad customer service on our 1 year anniversary.
We felt my wife was treated unfairly due to prejudice. Called the manager to explain. She then rejected how we felt without hearing us out and then hung up.
Also please know you will not be riding a horse if you are a beginner. Instead you will be sitting on a horse, with an instructor guiding it on a leash for 1.5 hours. If i knew this I wouldn't have paid £120.
The female instructor gave me (husband) a well kept saddle, back protector, helmet and better behaved and maintained horse than my wife was.
My wife was given helmet in bad looking condition with hair in it, by the same instructor, dirty back protector, lower quality saddle and very dirty and dangerous horse for any level of rider.
My horse was well behaved. My wifes horse was literally dragged on this walk and kept stopping. At one point a leaf blower was turned on by a gardner on the route. The horse I was on didn't flinch. The horse my wife was on tried to run away.
The instructors reply when we raised this issue over the phone was that because my wife had less experience than me she was given a slower horse. The fact is never did I say I had more experience than my wife on horses.
Key point: All these facts made my wife feel like there was a real underlying prejudice going on.
When we called them to give feedback. Mentioned my wife was crying and heartbroken because she felt treated differently than me. Manager spoke over me saying "it is absurd and most ridiculous thing she ever heard". She then hung up.
She called back and she got the tour guide to talk to us. The tour guide then explained why my wife recieved the service she did recieve in a non sympathetic and stern manor. My wife then expressed her concerns. During which she said "this is taking way too much time" and hung up (a phonecall that lasted 6 minutes).

absolutely had the best time at the coach house. nothing was too much for janette the owner. there was plenty of gin flowing...the food was michelin star. will definately go back soon. loved every single minute thankyou so much janette xxx

This is a horse riding school/venue. A most friendly and welcoming place. Everything is laid on for you. The horse ready tacked up and assistance given with mounting, saddle tightening etc. Recommended.

Definitely the best stable ever. Amazing customer service, outstanding horses,very professional instructors, very friendly approach, sometimes you get to tack up your horse, very much love for the horses which are treated with respect and love.
Very lovley place to learn for beginners and advanced riders. Amazing setting.The horses are also adorbale and they have horses for all levels. Also provides hacks for people who are interested in nice forest rides.
