We had afternoon tea which included a new menu. The cakes and sandwiches were amazing and the staff so efficient and helpful. Finished off with a lovely walk around the grounds. Superb afternoon.

We were here for a wedding which was very well organised. We then stayed over for the next day. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. Meals, rooms, service all excellent, with large grounds to walk in. We will return.

Found afternoon experience could be improved on afternoon teas, too many cakes, more soft rolls needed 2 of the rolls too difficult to consume. Whereas I couldn't fault the wedding arrangements at the same building 17 yrs ago.

Afternoon Tea.
Sandwiches, scones and cakes were all excellent. Cakes were impressive, both in look and taste.
More food than any of us could eat.
Lots of tea choices too.
Kids Afternoon Tea also good. 3 types of sandwich and smaller selection of cakes. Choice of hot chocolate, babychino or soft drink if they aren't ready for tea.
Highly recommend.

A hidden gem just outside Basingstoke. Rooms are spacious with all the basic necessities (missing room slippers, I thought). We also had dinner here in one of the private rooms and the service was fantastic. Staff were always on hand and were incredibly accomodating. They so have Tesla destination chargers available.

Lovely hotel set in extensive gardens with fountain. Very good food. Pleasant staff. Reasonably priced. Would make a fabulous wedding venue.

We had our wedding at this hotel recently & we cannot recommend them enough. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious & modern rooms & fabulous grounds. We were treated with such professionalism & care from the moment we started communicating with the hotel staff. Our wedding ran so smoothly from start to finish & it was all thanks to the hospitality team. If you are expecting a top quality 4 star hotel with the best service then this is the place for you!
