The service was very good, professional and efficient in all aspects - front desk, restaurant and housekeeping.
The room was very nice and the beds comfortable although the bunk bed was a bit too narrow for my tall son. The shower leaked on the floor also. This wouldn't stop us from staying again though.
It was easy to get to Heathrow also, we were able to book a taxi from the front desk.

I strongly urge you to go literally anywhere else. Sleep in your car if you have to before booking a room with them. We arrived late at night and drove around for over an hour looking for a parking space which we never found. All parking lots were completely full. So we waited in line to check in for another hour. Once we got to the front, we let the front desk agent know there were no parking spots anywhere. She first told us she doesn't believe us because they have so much parking and have never run out of spots before. We asked her to please accompany us to the lots and look for herself. She then told us we could park anywhere. On grass mounds, in front of the hotel and even in areas that say no parking as long as we don't block any cars. We expressed our concern but she assured us we wouldn't receive a parking violation and she even had another hotel staff join my husband to show him where to park. He directed my husband to the back lot which was, as I said, full and had him pull up on the grass. He too went on to assure my husband this was fine and they do it all the time. Interesting to hear they do it all time because the Front Desk Agents called us liars when we said there were no spots left but if they do that all the time, seems to me they run out of parking often. Well a month later we received a notice from our rental car agency that we had received a parking violation at the Radisson. They charged our card the full amount plus an additional $50 in fees for paying this violation on our behalf. The parking violation was more expensive than our room night. For what we paid, we could have stayed in a much nicer hotel for less money. I've been trying to work with the Radisson now for over a month to get refunded on the parking violation and I've just been given the run around. They keep telling me just don't pay it and I keep telling them the rental car agency has already paid it and then I hear nothing. I've been sending them emails several times a week just to get a little help and I'm no where closer to having this resolved than I was a month ago. And don't even get me started on the rooms. I was sent on some wild goose chase looking for my room with no help with my luggage. Once I found the room I was disgusted. The floors hadn't been vacuumed, there was a lot of black mold in the bathroom, stains on the sheets and the A/C barely worked. It was truly disgusting. I work in the travel industry and plan incentive trips for large corporations so I'm very well traveled and understand how hotels work. And Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre London Heathrow is not a trustworthy hotel. Save yourself a huge headache and stay somewhere else.

The hotel is very easy to find, parking was fine, the staff were absolutely brilliant, especially those in the restaurant who made having a meal with small children a relaxed and fun time. The same with breakfast, nothing was a problem and the food was genuinely great with a wide selection at breakfast too. The room was perfect for all of us who stayed, it was clean and had everything that we needed. Really could not have asked for any more.

Stayed just 1 night before flying on holiday.
Used the hoppa bus from terminal 5 to hotel and back (they run hourly)
Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. Big bedrooms , modern decor, tea & coffee making machine in room. Used the swimming pool and steam room - a good size. Variety of food options available, although some items on the pricey side.

Loved every bit of this hotel. Most importantly the distance to my international terminal and access to public transport.

I would also like to commend the customer service staff who attended to me (Sara). Excellent service, polite and friendly. She should be commended.

The buffet breakfast option, is amazing I would recommend.
The staff was exceptional.

The only challenge was, I couldn't not cast from my phone to the TV.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

Not only the hotel is quite far from terminal 5 and it takes 45 minutes to go there with a shuttle that you have to pay, 6 pounds each, so if there are two of you, the taxi is cheaper and faster, but also the lady at the reception told us it was to take 20 minutes with the shuttle which was wrong since it was 45 minutes. In addition there is only one shuttle per hour and it was full right after the picking in our hotel, so we were lucky but I can't imagine the worries of the people behind us, having to book a taxi in emergency or to wait for the next shuttle and run the risk to miss their plane. So I would advise to stay in a hotel in West London and take a taxi from there which should take... 45 minutes and then you're not stuck in the middle of nowhere Ith only one restaurant and a limited choice of food and drinks, by the way a lot of drinks on the list were not available. Otherwise the swimming pool was very pleasant, even if there were no more towels available and no one in charge there, and in the bedrooms no one answers the phone and there were not enough cups. But overall, it is a good hotel.

30 minute plus wait to check in. It was obvious that there were more staff available to come and assist with check in but they simply preferred to be in and out of the back office. After 30 minutes, I finally lost my temper and magically another staff member was suddenly available to man one of the empty check in desks. Worst possible beginning to a hotel stay. Otherwise, hotel was fine for the price range but they seriously need to sort out their priorities - you would have thought checking guests in quickly and smoothly would be the first priority for any hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would use one the many good local Airbnb’s where you will find much more attentive hosts.

Stayed two nights prior to extensive international flights. Excellent location and lovely quiet room. Bed, bathroom and heating all very good.
The gym had a great selection of equipment and the pool and Sauna were very clean and quiet, and the gym staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast provided excellent options but do book in advance as it is a little expensive if you decide to just turn up on the morning.
Unfortunately, a few gripes - I was unable to obtain a do not disturb sign or receive answers to questions i had (despite asking at the reception desk and also using the WhatsApp number as advised by documents in the room). Also, one of the restaurants was closed in the evenings, and the multiple vending machines were empty. Sadly the shuttle to the airport was very late.

UPDATE:Thanks for the reply, it would be useful to know if the points mentioned above are being looked into / actioned.
