Perfectly comfortable and nice and clean. Beefeater restaurant next door is adequate for what I needed. Car parking spaces were tight but there’s a nicely hidden overflow at the back which was quiet. Pleasant staff and a quiet room was much appreciated.

I do a lot of Premier Inns as a corporate card holder. This one is sadly all a little tired. The staff are friendly but the place feels more 1980s roadside motel than 21st century well priced business accommodation. Lots of road noise, tired furniture, drab room, tasteless (anaemic!) scrambled egg at breakfast. Good? The beds are always very comfortable!

Stayed as part of a group booking for a competition at the racecourse. Rooms clean and comfortable, room was warm but fan was provided.
Breakfast however was a shambles, not sure if this is managed by Premier Inn or the Beefeater Restaurant, couldn't get a table as we had not booked, I've never stayed in a hotel where you have to book breakfast beforehand!
Not had this issue with Premier Inn before, but looking at some of the other reviews regarding breakfast it seems we made the better choice to eat elsewhere.

Fantastic stay with premier inn as always, helpful and friendly staff! Hotel will look after your luggage for you until needed, food at beefeater, breakfast and dinner absolutely spot on ! Special mention to staff member Rebecca and the Manager Ella for being amazing and really doing everything they can to keep people happy, but also to Ella for the little gift left in our room, it was much appreciated so thank you ! Hope to come back soon ☺️

Stayed in room 9. Always comfy beds.. the rooms are looking a bit dated and the creeky floors are terrible hence the rating.. staff were lovely tho
