Room in city centre with fridge and microwave, plates and cutlery. To be an apartment needed a table/chairs. Good concept though. Tea, coffee, milk and biccies provided each day. Small free carpark.

I have already notified the management 2 times to say that the shower is clogged. Hygiene in the bathroom is at a minimum. Beds and room cleanliness average level. they are not at all tolerant with schedules. I locked the room until Sunday and for their convenience and their system they wanted me to pay for it day by day. today I didn't have time to pay for the room before lunch and they threw my food in the fridge and then they had my bags found at the reception. I don't think that's the right way to behave given the verbal agreements. bad bathroom.

Booked an en-suite double room for one night and very happy with it. It's very cheap, right in the centre so, next to... basically everything. Staff were very polite and check in was fast. Warm, clean, bed very confortable. TV, fridge and microwave inside room, plates, cups, glasses and cutleries provided. There is also a kettle and coffee/sugar/milk. Big shower cube in toilet. Wifi provided. Sure, it's not a 5 star hotel but, it's very generous to what you get for this price so, I don't understand why people leave bad reviews. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Beds awful, sponge mattress. Toddler size quilts with a tog of around 5..? Furniture very old and dated. Heating in twice s day for around two hours each time. Room next to cleaners room so continually dealing with their chatter and in and out. Reception persons very nice.

An absolute disgrace!! The room is not at the same place as the check in, its around the corner. Walls are paper thin so can hear everything from the other rooms.
The shared bathroom smelt like urine. Absolutely vile. There were public hairs on the toilet and the back had urine marks. The toilet seat was not attached. Room are so small and definitely not worth £100. We couldn't sleep due to the noise coming from next door.
There were fresh towels.
We would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

I don't know where to begin. We (husband and wife and 6 Yr old) were shocked when we arrived at the property. We were booked into here by another property that had a severe leak so we couldn't stay which we were informed of when we were only 1.5h away. Given high season and the pandemic all properties very pretty much gone so we could only agree to stay in this hotel.
Parking is on first come first serve around the back of the property.
Staff is very nice and helpful.

The property itself is so neglected, and how it's called a hotel I don't know.
The reception area is essentially a desk on a piece of ripped up carpet, everywhere else the floor boards were just exposed.
The hall way leading to the room is old, dirty and needs to be painted, carpets need replacing.
In the room we found ripped carpets again, tooth paste stains on the floor. Dirty windows and window sills, and yellow leak marks on the ceiling. Hair was found on the bed our daughter was supposed to sleep in. The "Cheltenham guide" was yellow stained and not usable.
The only positive thing about the room was the relatively new bathroom.
Roomsbooked also is only available through email for complaints which is not good enough. We asked to be put into different accommodation which they were able to accommodate quite easily.

Basic cheap and cheerful hotel.
Great location in the centre of town.
The TV in our room was not working so a friendly young man offered us a second room, his manager was very rude and she should learn to be polite with guests if she wants to work in hospitality.

Honestly this is the worst hotel I never sleep.
The price 115€ per night.
The reception is very ugly look like and old squat with 3 desk.
They give me the room 3 very bad so bad that there is no photo on internet of this one... they show you the room with sofa but the room 3 is very small something like 8m².
The floor is an old carpet with a lot of dirt.
The smell is very bad.
The bed is uncomfortable, the mattress make a hole in the middle. And I found an used tissues between the mattress and the mattress protection.
The handle of the door almost fall down when I go in.
There is a bin in the room to catch the water leak from the room on the top.
Everything look so old.
There is no cleaning of the room every day or every two day.

I prefer to not speak about the parking. So small and full of truck, if you want to park your car prepare 12 £ more.
No desk inside the room, there is a fridge and a microwave but where you stand for eating ??
For the price it's a joke, the maximum you can pay for this kind of facilities is 35£ at least.
I did not recommend this hotel....
