Fantastic stay at The Graduate from start to finish. Chris on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was stunning with a small balcony and a view of the fields. We rented the free bikes which was great fun. We also visited the leisure club and had it to ourselves for 10 mins or so. Great pool and steam room etc. Amazing location right in the city centre near the restaurants and ships but also in the banks of the river for quiet country walks. Thank you so much. We were celebrating our joint birthdays and we felt very special.

This place doesn't deserve some of the reviews about the staff.
Rooms were clean and nice, unique design. Location is excellent and parking plentiful (£21/night).
Staff are friendly and helpful, clearly a lot of students and that's okay! Everyone has to start somewhere and this might be some of their first jobs. We didn't have any issue at all. Would recommend.

I didn’t expect this hotel to be so beautiful!
I travel a lot and I have to say is very high standard.
The room was spotless and wonderfully decorated, even the bathroom looks like a living room.
We used the SPA. I have to say the swimming pool was a bit cold and hot tube too but that can be just a personal opinion. Besides that everything else very well maintained.
The bar had everything and if you like have a drink in the evening is just heaven!
The restaurant unfortunately was closed but at the bar they have a very good choice of food.
All over the staff extremely friendly and polite with a very good attention to the guest.
Special thanks to Gaetano!
He had an incredible knowledge of the menu, drinks and food they were offering and advised me on some new courses I didn’t try before!
He also as a very good knowledge of Cambridge so it was very nice chat with him and making new discoveries!
I’m definitely going back which is something I rarely do as I like to explore!
Thank you all for the nice stay!

The location is perfect, central but next to a park. The staff helpful and charming. So nice to the dog! The leisure facilities: clean and modern. The bar menu a little uninspiring and next time I'll risk burglary to have the balcony door open for fresh air at night. Would love to go back.

Our room was very comfortable, and we loved the relaxed feel of this hotel. Staff were very helpful at all times, checking in & out was efficient, and even the left luggage service worked well. The buffet breakfast was extensive, with plenty of vegetarian options. We enjoyed the pool, sauna & steam room after a long day at the Winter Fair. The only issue was that our shower took several minutes to run hot.

We spent a couple of nights here while we went to see the pantomime. The service from the front desk was attentive and friendly. We had a big room overlooking the river, with a very comfortable bed. The lighting in the bedrooms is a bit dim/gloomy. My only other suggestion would be that they install EV charging points asap as claiming to be a quality hotel without them is frustrating. We had to spend a couple of hours finding a charger and then charging the battery.

Decent hotel in a central location in Cambridge right next to the river. I booked a junior suite which was in the older part of the hotel and had a balcony overlooking the river.

The room was great but could have done with more attention to detail on the cleaning. The windows were disappointingly dirty...such a shame when there's such a good view outside. The room was well equipped but had to request gowns and slippers.

Breakfast was great value (£15), lots of choice with decent quality ingredients/products. The bar and restaurant spaces are very nicely decorated and also have great views out to the river.

The pool and spa area were a great addition, it has a 10m pool, small stream room, sauna and a hot tub. It was busy at times but we never waited long to use any of the facilities which were always spotlessly clean. They have good showering and changing facilities here too and the guys on reception here are super friendly.

The only let down here were that the blind in the bedroom to the balcony was broken so unable to open the door. The greeting and amount of info offered at check in was really disappointing.

Great place though, I'd definitely return.

Great experience as the hotel is conveniently situated 5min from the city centre. Hotel has a distinctive style to it. Only downside was that the windows were outdated and you could hear everything from outside and you could feel the cold wind coming in through the curtains. Otherwise the experience was lovely; it's definitely highly recommended and we would stay there again. The food was good at the bar restaurant. Breakfast was great as there were lots of options.
