The hotel is located in a town centre so everywhere is close but it can be noisy. I've been there only one day for a training and I haven't use a room - only conference hall so I can't say anything regarding hotel service. First impression was good: tidy, reception next to entrance and you have tea room which is available not only to guests. The hotel is located in an old building however it have been renovated and adapted for guests' needs. If someone is interested a pub is 3 minutes away.

Definitely enjoyed my stay. The reception staff of Elena & Anna were so friendly and welcoming! The service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Even at night time, there's also a man named Amila, so friendly and helpful. And rooms were clean and tidy! Enjoyed breakfast. Good location - not far from Ilford station, town centre and supermarkets literally walking distance. I would most definitely recommend.

Room was functional. TV, heating, electric kettle (with daily supply of tea/coffee things), 1 double and 1 single bed, reading table and 2 chairs. Floor was carpeted. Bathroom was good.

The free WiFi worked every time, used it for several online meetings and was well satisfied.

The breakfast that came with the room was a bit monotonous but had variety on weekends.

Property was clean and staff were cautious and polite.

Though the hotel is bang on the high street (train station just a few meters away and good bus services), the noise didn't get in and I enjoyed the quietness.

Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay and I'd do it again and again😊

Generally it is a clean hotel and depending on the date prices are reasonable (prices change daily according to the demand just like other hotels). But THEY CHARGE 50 GBP as a deposit from credit card. This deposit is paid back in 1 month which is not nice. The hotel management argues that they release the deposit after 2 weeks but they do not show any evidence regarding this.

Poor customer service. They took my driving licence to scan it, kept it inside the scanner and didn't return it. Called me about it when I have already checked out and 200 miles away. When I asked them to send it via post, they asked me to send a prepaid envelope to them. They simply haven't learned the courtesy of how to amend their own mistake.

Simple but very effective and well kept rooms. Very reasonable advance prices for a one night midweek stay, with the proximity to the Elizabeth Line station making it a very viable choice of location if you need to get to parts of London now served by that route.

The area doesn't get a great write up from many Londoners, but I felt perfectly safe as a solo traveler coming back at night; there were enough people around at 10.30am for the short distance between the station and hotel to feel like a safe route.

Only mark down for me was some indifferent internal soundproofing when the family in the room above decided that midnight-1am was a good time to move some furniture and sing a few songs..!

Great hotel and nice place
I had a very pleasant experience, stayed there for only 2 days but is was amazing. Nice, clean and a quit room where I had rested after a long traveling day, with a delicious breakfast in the morning. Stephan and his team assisted me with a parking for my car and with recommendations for a good restaurant to have my dinner. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel only to be told we needed to go to another hotel as there were no rooms available. We walked to Best Western Ilford up the road but we couldn't get in. A sign pointed to another building over the road. So off we went. We were finally booked in but given a room in the building we just came from over the road! We were also told breakfast is in the other building. All this took up more time than planned. The room was big, but the decor was very dated, a bit run down and the whole place was somewhat depressing. We did have a quiet room but bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom had poor lighting. Breakfast was strictly halal which we were quite put off by. I understand catering for everyone but pork sausages and bacon were not available to the rest of us. This was a disappointment. We got a good price but we ultimately got what we paid for.
