Nobu Hotel London Portman Square

I enjoyed every bit of my time there, the reception area is so nice and classy. The room was clean and ready on arrival. The supporting facilities are up to the standards. The breakfast selection is nice and the food is well prepared. Special thanks to Mr. Emiliano R from guest services who helped put together a surprise honeymoon arrangement for my wife in our room on our arrival. Also special thanks to all super friendly staff in the dining hall during breakfast time. This hotel is easily a perfect 5 stars

The staff are beyond excellent here . They are cheerful, friendly and extremely good at what they do . Simply some of the best service I have experienced .

The food was excellent. Was it worth £470 for 3 - probably not but we paid for the experience . Every item of food we ordered was cooked to perfection.

Situated in Mayfair and easily accessible .

It is an expensive experience so unlikely to eat here often but glad we went.

When we checked in their computer system was down, so we could not receive our keys. We were escorted to our room but could come and go freely. Our plan for the day was ruined and we wasted our time because we couldn't leave our room. This has never happened to us before at any hotel, and it is unacceptable for spending more than $600 per night in a 5-star hotel. Very disappointing.

I've come here for a private event. Excellent event space. The welcome reception is lovely. The hotel decor is very elegant. The entire staff appears to be courteous.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Nobu. Upon arrival, GEMA from the front desk welcomed us with warm and exuberant energy! She offered great dining recommendations. We utilized all the amenities in the wellness center. Mainly, we had an excellent massage by BEGONIA! She was attentive to our needs and honestly had healing hands. PETER from the front/bell service was superb - always intentional and lively. MARTHA from housekeeping ensured that we were comfortable at all times and was accommodating with requests.
We look forward to returning and recommend this hotel to all.

Reception was super warm and welcoming. Concierge (Idris I believe is his name) was super prompt and helpful securing a massage. Food was of course amazing. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern with great AC. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing service and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the most comfortable mattress ever! We booked through Amex so got the breakfast (delicious) and a room upgrade. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay!

My husband and I have booked an afternoon tea in the Lounge. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The hotel is great and stylish. All the staff is amazing, really welcoming, helpful and nice. The food was delicious, very tasty, beautiful! The lounge is also dog friendly so we could take our little dog with us which was very nice. But what made the whole experience even more perfect was Danuta, the lovely lady who served our table. An amazingly professional, nice and genuine woman. We have left very happy and impressed. We will definitely come back again! Thank you Danuta and thank you to all the staff.
